9 to 12 is more realistic to me.Nobody wants to be called and interrupted at 8am when they're eating breakfast,driving to work or taking kids to school,etc.
As an agent who is still in the pre-licensing course, I love seeing your top videos! They are informative but simple enough to be memorable! But I am wondering what your opinion is on the best (and worst) investments new agents can make when they are just starting out? If I buy everything I'm told are "absolutely necessary", I will go broke before I even start. Is a website worth it? Professional headshots? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
Brittany Royer i know i know.. take your own picture... if you want a website build a free one at wix.com.. get your cards , get your contact list of everyone you know all them for referrals... start calling and door knocking every day.. no need to spend money.. prospect until you stumble across someone that needs your help.. it could take a day or a week..
I've gotten much more luck with people answering their phones in the morning. However, if you do want to market yourself in the evening, the best time to advertise on social media is between dinner time and 1am. That's when most people are relaxing and browsing through their phones.
Great video Kevin very informative the issue is in North America we have time frame laws when we are allowed to prospect. I have tried the morning Schedule and waisted a lot of time on no answers. Mainly I think is the majority of people are working during the day. I found if I start prospecting around 4 to 8 pm I reach more people. Also we have the CRTC breathing down our necks with the DNCL. Some brokers told me yeah well if you have a nice approach they don't mind or other brokers tell me they hide the number with a code but nowadays the CRTC knows who is calling with the IP address of your cell or phone. Fines can go up to 10K . I you have any comments I would like to hear them.
