  • Hey, ya'll! Today's video is another YOGA POSE TUTORIAL where I teach you how to get into some of yoga's most commonly used poses. Today's pose is LIZARD POSE or UTTHAN PRISTHASANA. Lizard Pose is great for stretching and strengthening the quads, hamstrings, and hip flexors. It can be challenging if you have some limitations, but I've provided a couple modifications that can hopefully help you to get into the pose more easily. I use Lizard Pose a lot and so do many other instructors so it's important to make sure you're doing the poses properly so you can get the most out of them.     Thank you This is how you get ready for the summer do a little bit of yoga self-care in the month of March mix it up with March and April and August in July and September that’s how I do it that’s called spiritual Manifesting that’s what I have been doing this might affmation

    peace goddess great video i just did 300 squats and just started riding a moutain bike so i was very sore in the thigs i felt so many bones realigns and felt blood going through my leg
