So I put the whole week plan + snacks (1 apple, 1 banana, 2 tbsp. of peanut butter a day) in chronometer and it looks good. The omega 3:6 ratio is 1:5 and the amount of fiber is obviously really good. If you're going to eat this plan you should take some things into consideration. On average this meal plan will only give you 1600 calories a day, which is way too low for people that do not want to lose weight. The meals provide about 58 grams of protein a day, which will be too low for some people. The meals are also a little bit too low selenium, which can easily be solved by adding 1-2 brazil nuts. Potassium is only just right. Make sure to use almond milk fortified with calcium, if you don't your calcium intake will be too low. Remember to take your B-12 supplement, vitamin D if you need it, drink plenty of water and you're all set!
I just finished this meal plan! I feel AMAZING! I need another no cook meal prep video to follow! I had a baby 3 months ago. I had 20-25 pounds to lose and I lost SIX POUNDS on this meal plan last week. I am EXTATIC. Each meal kept me full for 2-3 hours (depending). I ate an apple with a spoonful of natural peanut butter for snacks between meals. Sometimes I ate the half avo, sometimes I didn’t. Depended on how I felt. I added purple onion to the hummus sandwich. When I prep the papaya breakfast smoothies in the future I will add the flax seeds to my blender just before blending. The flax seeds stuck to my zip locks and my hands and made a seedy mess every morning. I gained a Ton of energy. I started going number two every single day by day 3. This was a shock to me because I used to have to induce a bowel movement just to go at all once a week. I have been in a hell of constipation my entire life. Meal prepping is one of my favourite life hacks I’ve ever actually applied. Saves such an enormous amount of time over the course of a year, especially when you are a hungry hippo like me who eats 4 meals a day. I just wish I had fewer roommates so there was more space in my fridge!
Definitely a good idea, I could but I'm trying to save money and get out of debt, so for now it means more time in the kitchen, but my brain is always cooking up excellent plots and schemes (and songs) while I do mindless work, so I don't mind :)

I'm definitely going to do this next week.I'm overcoming eating disorders and I always notice when I eat something small, like a veggie sandwich I tend to over think that I've eaten alot.However ,being vegan has helped me enjoy raw food more and it makes me enjoy the simple things even more.I get so excited when I have hummus and veggies or when I have a smoothie bowl made completely out of frozen fruits and topped with peanut butter and oats 😆 Becoming vegan has helped me in my journey in recovery and I hope it helps others as well.Yovana's videos have been there for me since day one of my vegan journey and have helped me love myself even more.I'm so thankful for her existence.

Another time and money saving hack would be to put the smoothie ingredients in a glass mason jar and then use that same jar (already chilled) to drink/store your smoothie! :)

I tried another video of your week long vegan meal prep ideas and they were surprisingly good. I need to fine tune the dressings, but i surprised at how large the portions were. I didn't go hungry!
I stopped eating grains & legumes & I started losing weight without trying. I put green tea, pineapple, mango, spinach, kale, turmeric & garden of life raw protein powder in my smoothies.
