Star Fox Restored - Slot Machine

The Slot Machine theme from Star Fox, restored to full CD Quality, using the original source quality synth and sample sources!
This restore was done by my good friend, BlastoiseVeteran! Blasty has long since been a spectator in our project Discord, giving feedback when they possibly can, and one day, they decided they wanted to give restorations a shot, and decided to chose Star Fox as the game they wanted to work on. Within relatively quick time, Blasty got a pretty good hang of things, and has managed to produce restorations that multiple members of the team are happy with! I'm very happy to have a good friend of mine contributing to the channel, and hope you all enjoy the work they intend on putting into Star Fox!

The weird thing about this boss is that you have to go through the creepiness of destroying the laughing asteroid, the Black Hole, and Out of This Dimension… to get to a freakin slot machine playing “When the Saints Go Marching In.”
Seriously, when I first got to the laughing asteroid, I almost turned off the game it was too creepy. When I got to the Black Hole, I really didn’t want to press start. Getting through the whole thing, only to get to that boss, felt like “ummm… what?!”

I don't know if it has other songs too, but this has "Oh When the Saints Come Marching In" as part of its melody. The actual origin of that one is unknown and is a gospel and later jazz song, judging from a quick search. This is the boss music for a secret slot machine boss. It seems my reply vanished into thin air, so here's a reply with no link: Part of this song has "Oh When the Saints Go Marching In," which is a very old song of unknown origin. This is the boss music from a secret level. The secret level itself also has music covering an existing song, in that case "Voices of Spring Waltz." Actually looking it up further according to the wiki the level music and boss music combined reference a ton of stuff, to quote "The background music used in this level resembles "Voices of Spring waltz" (Johann Strauss II symphony), "Yuki" (Japanese folk song), "When the Saints Go Marching In" (American folk song), "Hänschen Klein" (German folk song) and the "Star Fox Credits Theme"."
