My knee has been really swollen the last few days, it hurts to bend or to fully extend it, So gonna take a break, i probably should have been resting it, but I hate not workout out! Any advice? Would love for you to do a video on injury after workout, or even give helpful tips on injury after a workout. It would be really appreciated.
