    I really changed my way of life thanks to you - I managed to shed over 5 kg in just a month working out with you and eating healthily and my body is so much stronger!       Hi! Can men also do these lessons? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Sydney's workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move them! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated 😟

    Oh Wow. Planks at the end. I always do the plank challenge at the end and then do the cool down. It was tough today but I am getting stronger. Great workout that flew by.

    So bummed gonna miss this workout today! My knee has been really swollen the last few days, it hurts to bend or to fully extend it, So gonna take a break, i probably should have been resting it, but I hate not workout out! Any advice? Would love for you to do a video on injury after workout, or even give helpful tips on injury after a workout. It would be really appreciated.
