Looks great. One update I would love to see is a way to take variable depth passes for a threadmill like you can find in esprit. I would love to take a deeper first pass then have them get smaller as there is more engagement. Right now I can accomplish it using multiple tool paths and varrying the step over and stock to leave, but it would be nice to have it all in one place
Still looking for a feature that is for Deburing with a ball end mill without having to model and surface mill edge breaks on steep angled holes using a 3axis mill.
Why not just use trace with a stock to leave offset?
@@AlexMageethefirst i think that doesnt work very well if the edge has a varying angle
@@gerrit2107 He said he wanted to do the job on a 3 axis mill. There are always going to be some limitations, but if the part was machined in 3 axis then it can be de-burred in 3 axis.
GibbsCAM has a function that allows you to use a ballendmill as a edge break. You just select a tool and an edge. I make a lot of parts with counter bores on tapered walls sometimes those counterbored holes intersect on both the flat top and tapered wall. GibbsCAM works perfectly for this and We’ve been transitioning to Fusion 360 over the last several years for everything and I have been able to make due by creating a modeled surface and then surface milling but it’s so time consuming.
I second this motion. Deburring with ball/lollipop cutter would be big for us
When can we hope to see some better turning tool creation and the ability to turn past center on boring ops?
It keeps getting better and better! Nice job!
great, now make it offline available and make it save locally
I vouch for this.
This would be awesome.
Probably not going to happen without adding another pay tier.
It'll never happen... Its the black hole business model. Once in you're not supposed to escape.

Looks like some great updates in this one!
That's great! Thank you.
Useful updates!
Chuckkkkkkkkkk Reference ! In Lathe ! Is something one can use as "QUALITY OF LIFE"
Great video though 🌸🌸
looks like fusion360 is becoming PowerMILL
Do you see that as a good thing or a bad thing?
Great stuff!
Hello In the steep and shallow when I check the ‘manufacture undercuts’ tab it ignores my shallow settings. I can not get it to do my desired step over of 0.5mm if I check the machine undercuts tab.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you. Craig.
how can you see the machine ???? like the table , the head etc?
Not tryin to beg but I really wish the rotary toolpath wasn't an extension, its so important and fundamental and its only a 3 axis cycle anyways...
Auto creation of NC programs get super annoying when you have to make many corrections to multiple tool paths. You end up with a long list of programs. Please add the ability to at least disable this!!! I like the integrated NC Program and Post menu though!
@Kerim Temel oh yea, that or just deal with the warning ⚠️. I will say at least it makes you double check your work offset. I’ve messed that up before 😂
Agreed. I haven’t talked to anyone who finds this useful yet. At least have it turn on and off in the preference setting.
This is lit!
how do i revert back to have old post screen
Select “legacy post processor” in preferences. But why would you want to?
@@martinmarriott3607 thanks! Night shift was confused on how to post.
Awesome
So far - I am throwing the new post processor dialog into the Gulf of Mexico.
At the worst time possible.....it can no longer find my custom post.
Scramble. Crazy.
Don't force this stuff! Ever. It is horrible to be surprised with a change that literally stops all progress.
I agree. I’m loosing money and time every update. Unreal. Gonna start looking into “professional” software. Forced updates are BS.
WOW
