A 6.4 turbo setup is a compound setup, anytime you feed a turbo with another turbo it compounds the boost pressure, reason why a 6.4 can make 40psi of boost stock and 45+ with a mild tune. The bigger turbo makes about 20psi and feeds the smaller high pressure VGT turbo, the VG turbo doesn't have any idea the incoming air is already compressed and it compresses it again, that is compound turbocharging.
It might be a good idea to switch out the 2 rear manifold bolts on both sides, they will eventually break off. If you do a DPF delete then don't worry about the bolts.
