Vehicles filmed at Dealerships are For Sale. Make sure to visit the dealerships website for detail info about each vehicle. If your watching a video thats older than 90 days you can expect that vehicle to most likely already being sold, unless its a new car.
FYI - Charleston Car Videos on RUclips Started in 2011. Back in 2008 is when I started filming cars as a car salesman to give people a better way to see a new or used vehicle. Over the years I ended up selling over 450 vehicles from doing videos. Today 1000's of vehicles have sold from people watching my car reviews in America.
I own this truck now!! She has had a lot of work done to her and absolutely love her. Can't believe I ran across this video .
We just got one used obviously.
Needs new tires though. Got a great deal still. 122k miles.
What tires should we use?
Can you share some thoughts I decide to buy one seme but they said 6.4 l is not good any advice???
Did you replace those turbos?
Congratulations , hope it's running well so far.
Love my 6.4. 170k no issues. Deletes at 112k
The 6.4 wasn’t bad it came with twin turbo from the factory so they ran really good in 2008 hell they still do if you do the right stuff to them.
What stuff in particular? Planning on getting one for a good deal.
@Ford HIGHBOY 490 believe it or not...sending it to auction. 2 turbos, high fuel pump, various other things, they still can't figure out why it won't stay running...
@@showcasecharlie11 did you figure out what things to do im looking for one too
@@davidhanson6613 I no longer have it. It spent more time in the shop than it was worth. I put 2 sets of turbos, one was bad from the manufacturer. 2 high pressure fuel pumps, a low pressure fuel pump, full delete kit, down pipes, oil lines, fuel lines, tank inspection. Flashed the ECM I was told by dealer. It was at 3 different Ford dealerships, 4 different specialty shops over the course of a year. NOBODY could get it to run for more than 8 miles before it shut down and needed to get towed back. Finally, last shop said they had to prime it and it would start. But then it would quit again after about 8 miles of driving 😳😳🤔🤔 Checked every inch of the fuel system from tank back to the engine and could not find anything wrong with it. Between the dealership and myself, we both spent about $10k trying to figure out how to fix it. I finally got sick of it and sent it to auction and barely got out of it by the skin of my teeth covering the loan and repairs I had done. I saw that truck at 3 different auctions after I sold it...I surmise the buyer bought it thinking he'd get a truck and then run in to all the same issues I had🤷..I will NEVER buy another Ford as long as I live.I estimate I lost a total of $30K on that truck over the year I owned it. I lost my ass on it... really sucks because it was a sharp looking King Ranch with the 10 lug axles.
Love my 6.4 ,,it’s a 2009 F-250 206,685.6 miles to be exact,,no issues
Always liked those big diesel duallys just never personally had a use for one. That's a good value right there for sure. Someone will scoop that beast right up!
I really like the 6.4 L power stroke
I’m just trying to figure out why it has steer tires on the rear
Beast!!! 💪
It's like my red beast , it's like a monster in the road
I really like the 6.4 but I have heard some stories About some problems with these trucks
Alex is gaming just put a new motor in mine!!! Hope this one last
250,000 mile 6.4 for $19,000? 6.7s don't even go for that.
Dodge 318 Cummins ikr
Mileage is a tad high...but these trucks cost between 18 to 35 depending on mileage and condition. The 6.4 doesn't have the greatest reputation but it is capable of some insane horsepower with very few mods. It apparently has at least the egr delete...at least. With regular consistent maintenance, these do last quite awhile.
Charles Power Ive seen a couple for $13,000 online with 100,000miles less.
@@elvism684 yeah...ragged out. I've seen 3 in last 4 months for under 20k...fenders and paint messed up and tore up interior, 300k miles. Market right now is bringing a premium for good quality used diesels. Bought my 450 for $26k...with 5k in upgrades and pre-sale maintenance and tires 9 months ago, same truck today on his lot is 35k plus...IF you can even find a used 450.
Bought an 08 King Ranch f250 and love it . Dpf was deleted , I added egr delete and new oil cooler , I am in $15k total and happy with it . I heard JD Gleason say that you are better off buying a 6.4 with over 180,000 because you know engine is good , depending on it’s job 1,2or 3 , most 6.4 job 1 fail at around 140,000 , now if you got the right engine and maintain it right ... expect 400,000 out of it ( i said maint right meaning changing oil every 3000 miles )
G’day lads is 130000k miles much for a 6.4 powerstoke F450 ?
Is it still for sale if so I will offer 12,000 with AC fixed. Counter me if you still have it
I like that 450
Got mine f450 big man truck
Not worth the 18k in the condition it’s in.
yeah I'm starting to notice that dealers really do want alot of money for even the older trucks like this. John, I think the reason the price is higher because of supply & demand. Of course there's many used trucks for sale in Charleston, but these older F450 Dually's are becoming harder to find. At least in this area.
@@pattreu834
Shitton better than the 6.0
I got my 08 King Ranch with 159k on it for 17k but private seller
It's alright
That’s A lot of miles
I have a 08 king ranch with 44k dpf off less than a week old and still hasn't been caught in the rain lol
Has it given you any problems. I'm about to graduate and I'm saving for a 2008 f450 myself
@@wheatsuperduty3773 i bought a 2020 f350 in may of 2020 4door long bed 7.3 4.30 gears and a 48 gallon gas tank. The guy that bought it cracked a piston back in january. Its still apart.
@@stacimccarter531 I'm probably gonna buy a 2008 because I've looked at them for a long time. I'm simply in love with it. I'm not even gonna haul anything with it. Lol
@@wheatsuperduty3773 i have sold the f450. It cracked a piston at 64k. The guy that bought it wants to sell it now. I have a f350 with the 7.3 now.
@@wheatsuperduty3773 dude If you are not even gonna haul anything with it, you don’t need a f450. Don’t waste your money. Especially on the 6.4 powerstroke. It’s garbage
Do you think it can haul 3 cars?
Oh yes it can haul 24,500lbs
No one will pay $19,000 for that just because of whats under the hood
I’d pay it. It’s an excellent platform. The 5r series transmissions outperform the Allison counterparts and all of it can be 24v Cummins converted relatively easy.
The way I see it, you can buy one of these for dirt cheap, and replace the engine 3 times w/cores and you still would barely be at the price of a brand new f350. Yea you don’t have a warranty or creature comforts, but if you 24v swap this chassis, it will still pull anything you need it to
Looks to have been deleted if there's no blow by at the oil fill cap should be a good truck for the money
Jon Walter No it can’t be because there’s no tuner on The dash deleting the Region process
@@everythinggaming3605 if u notice the blue pipe under the hood is taking the place of the egr so it has been egr deleted. If u EGR delete it then you are gonna dpf delete it also. Could of sent the egm in to a company and had it reprogrammed.
Jon Walter lol, blow by will come. Indeed it will. Just dropped a new motor in my 6.4
Why is the fuel cap black while it's diesel it is supposed to be green
wow thats too much for those miles. I just brought a 2008 f450 King Ranch for $20,500 with 85,000 miles. Also it came with no AC. LOL
Where did you buy it
Way too much. 11 years old 250,000 miles for 19k. Wtf are they thinking. Over all it a nice truck but damn in my opinion it only worth maybe 10k
Welp, this comment didn’t age well.
09 78 thounsand miles
Nice looking truck. 6.4 engine is crap.
Find me one 350 or 450 18000 or 20 k done deal
Omg 7.0 😂😂😂😂😂
Nice truck but the motor is complete garbage. If you have one, do yourselves a favor and sell it now.
goof
Funny thing is I bought this truck and it has over 400k on it now hauling equipment on a regular basis. I own several 6.7s and 6.4s and this old girl works everyday and never had an issue. But I take care of my trucks and do all my own maintenance and repairs. Helps when you are a diesel mechanic by trade.
Had my 6.4 for over 8 years , original engine , never had an issue, 210k miles, 650+hp ,really just depends on the owner. She's a hard workin' farm truck .
waaay over priced!!!
