I recently went to a ADJ showcase they had here in Houston, TX and one of the guys from ADJ showed me this product. It is nice, I am deciding in buying it soon, especially after seeing your review on it. I was beginning to doubt it but you put my mind at ease, specially since I am barely getting into DMX lighting, normally I would just have some chauvets in sound mode, but I feel with this I will make a smooth transition, now that I have a couple of Pocket pros, and Chauvet intimidator duo s. DJ Sounds Abound not a good idea. Download the light rider app. It’s the same thing and it’s made for your dmx bridge. It’s $90 for the app. You’ll get more dmx channels (512 vs 256) and the ability to talk to other ADJ WiFly products.

Looks like something I would like to try out! I currently have a Airstream DMX Bridge but you have to program everything in! Very useful video :)
Real Life DJ if you already own an Airstream dmx bridge then pay $90 for the light rider app. It’s the same thing and you’ll get more channels with your Airstream dmx bridge. Also, your unit can communicate with other ADJ WiFly products.

that's a very cool product I mean you can cover a lot of lights with the 256 live channels out the box that's really easy to use as well might be looking into this for my mobile gigs

I use two Gigbar Flexes and connect them master/slave in sound mode! Works great!

Yes, you can control half a universe. However using same DMX address for fixtures that are same will let you have an infinite amount

strong 2.4GHz equipments. I am wondering about what do the lights when
there is no wifi signal.
Do the lights freeze until the wifi comes back ?
Or do they still move ?
Can somebody who has this product do the test, just by switching off the
wifi of the tablet for a few seconds and then switch it on again, when
the application MyDMX GO is running ?

I do like this but trying to get into lighting during my DJ sets for weddings and what not seems like SoundSwitch is easier and more versatile. No app to play with but I can use a dedicated midi controller or just the foot controller or remote even. I think setting up some auto loops for buildups and a few different motion and color controls would do it. This is very nice here but seems like I won't have time to DJ and play with this by myself. Any suggestions or advice would be great.
I'm thinking buying this but I have the same doubt. I don't know if I would control all the different lights or if this have an automatic control that works nice without going crazy at the same time as I'm deejaying

I use a sushi-ds that I bought for $69 AUD and connect it to my Samsung tablet using an OTG cable with light rider. never looked back to using dmx controllers

Because once again a prism, clicking again changes the prism from a liner to a prism in a circle. And I don't know how to turn it off so that I have one lens back.

Airstream is still better for me. The airstream has the feature of moving heads movements all you have to do is draw the movement onto the map and it’ll do the movements you want and then it I to buttons.
What about off brand light fixtures? I have some moving gobos that are under the name of lixida

Yo hice el parche de las cuatro pero no me funcionan sincronosadas yo hice todos los pasos como tu lo hisiste para hacer el parche o habra algo q no estoy haciendo bien yo ya vi tu video muchicimas veces y he seguido todos los paso al oie de la letra algo mas q tu sepas que yo no he hecho talves ayudame las necesito trabajando bien para el quinceañero de mi hija este fin de semana el 17 de agosto help me please thanks
Si entendí bien, el DMX GO es bueno cuando tienes un set pequeño de luces, de lo contrario, si ponemos uplights en cada rincón terminamos con cables DMX por toda la sala, verdad?
Ya en ese caso es mejor adquirir el Airstream y un iPad

Where can I buy this or can I buy the lightrider version?
As it doesn't have WiFly TRX built-in (like Airstream/DMX bridge), it is a piece of scrap. How can I control my lights wirelessly, when I must use the cables? I hoped, ADJ will built WiFly transciever in more and more new light effects, but it doesn't. Would it be so hard to develop one WIRELESS interface with Wifi for PC/tablet connection and WiFly for lights' control?

I assume this can't connect wireless to a Chauvet DJ Freedom H1 par right? But I could use this into a Flarecon Air device and have better control than the horrible Flarecon app?

DAVID ESPINAL air stream dmx with light rider has 512 channels vs 256. Airstream can communicate with other adj wireless dmx modules.

hey when u say that you have to have internet when introducing new fixtures initially all my lights are set up in an internet dead zone could I take home(where I have internet) 1 example of each of the different fixtures and do it there and then when reconnected to the other 'same' fixture ie if I had four same brand moving heads but only took one home for the internet 'download' would the other three be installed on the software if that makes sense

How does this connect into a mixer or other equipment so it follows the music in "auto" mode??? For example...with SoundSwitch there is a USB dongle and that is where it picks up the beat to create autoloops.

No! you can have only one, it works for 256 channels... if you put every light in 8 channel mode it would only occupy 32 channels... you can even put lights on the same channel
