Nice job dude. Of course you probably realize this now, but if you record with the ambient light down we will be able to read the display (since we couldn't here). These take me back to my Obey6 days. Used to use those for our uplights, and still have a few sets of them (Chauvet FreedomPar Quads) that still use them, but my guys use those - I'm all IR4 now. It's a great choice for them to have a battery powered controller.
Nice for up lights but thats it. Only 6 sliders per page is a huge headache for any other kind of light. Good explanation. Too bad they didnt at least put 12 sliders on it
Very cool. What's the range? I've got a few venues where the normal Donner wireless dongle drops out for the dark lights...I've had to get one of the plug-in DMX transmitters to compensate. If the Vangoa does better than just the dongles, I'd really be impressed.
Hey Daryl, I’ve got this unit. Is it possible to run a program and then return to a manual mode of sorts to control another device separately while the program is on? I want to have color changing uplights (like your program) and then separately control my colored spotlight. Feasible?
Absolutely, I kinda show that at the end. While in playback mode, press b and then navigate to the page where your mover is and then you can control it
pop the covers off or darken the cover so the green light on the dmx dongle is not so bright... Marker/paint. same issue with some lights on gear I have.

Thanks for the tip! Totally agree on the battery

To be honest, I've had pretty good luck with the Donners. I'd suspect that this performs similarly.

Can u control moving lights
What do u use the dmx input on that controller for? Is it to connect like (on your case) a soundswitch controller to it to make it wireles?
I suppose you could do something like that, I'll have to experiment!

Great tip, thanks for sharing!
Not for me but a cool device none the less!
Thanks for watching!
Man! I love the idea of dmx light shows but don't have the patience or time to learn all of that! Too confusing! 🤦♂️
Totally understand! Just note that software is usually easier to setup
DMX programming makes my head hurt......
I30 $ 😂😂😂
To be honest, it's not terrible considering it has the receiver dongles. What would y9u expect to pay for something like this?
