I think your video is excellent. I have a question which I hope you can answer. In some instances you say "Press the control key and plus" and on the screen a large button with 'Ctrl' on it and another large button with the plus sign on it appear on the screen. Are these parts of a font or how can one get them. They are good because they help one to remember them better. Thank you for your help.

I thought I had a genetic defect which prevented me from understanding & working w/Excel. But, No. I’m actually looking forward to creating some workbooks. The presentation is compact & clear. The video demonstrations (ie what menu is where; how to reorder data) are very well done. In other video tutorials (not just about this topic) it’s often hard to see what the presenter wants you to see- little arrows on cells, for example. In other videos I found myself unable to locate the arrow (or whatever) before the presenter has moved on to a new topic. There were moments of: Wait, what? Pause & rewind, but not as many. I will be coming back to this video.
If you're a user at home, then get the home version. It has most of the functionality we do our videos on. But if you are wanting to do everything 365 has to offer, including power apps and power automate and sharepoint and more, then get the business one.
I think that may be the simplified vs regular ribbon. Start by clicking on the small down arrow icon found in the far right of the ribbon. Let us know if that doesn't work.

Do you mean how to stop sharing a file in OneDrive? Usually you can right click and go to Share and then click on the line that says Anyone with this link can edit and there are some changes you can make on that screen. Hope that helps!

Hi i saw that you have 3 sheets.. so can suggest how to share only sheet1 to another user
If you right click on the tab of the sheet and go to Move or Copy, you can export that sheet to another workbook and share the new workbook.

You can get the app if you have a subscription to Microsoft 365. And the app has some of the functionality, but not all of it.
The excessive bouncing and zooming in and out and flipping photos honestly make it hard to concentrate on what you're saying and difficult to watch.
