I really appreciated this episode with the way Sahara explained things to do with the doshas & Ayurveda in modern current day. I'l practice different parts of Ayurveda but as a dyslexic intuitive learner I found I would get annoyed, overwhelmed, confused & frustrated with the Sanskrit words in Ayurveda & my need around simplicity & feeling empowered with my practices vs overwhelmed and frustrated.
I would love for yous to consider doing some future episodes with Sahara or similar Ayurveda practitioners who simplify Ayurveda for modern life & for people who learn and connect differently (ie, dyslexics, neuro diversity, Asperger's, autism etc...)
Also to discuss an idiots guide to Panchakarma at home for modern life / modern day people who can't afford Panchakarma spa / clinic treatment costs.
I'd also love to hear more about Abyanga self massage oils & different oils on different bodies / doshas / seasons, ie, the impacts of using the right self massage abhyanga oils vs the wrong oils and their impacts (ie, like using the right oil in our car versus the impacts when the wrong oil is used in certain 'engines') Also when going for a massage at a non Ayurveda clinic and when they the wrong oil on a clients body and the impacts of recieving the wrong full body massage oil.
Thank You for considering my suggestions 🙏

I haven't taken the dosha test recently, but I've taken one in the past, I'm vata and kapha dosha. I've been eating raw vegan for over 4 months now and I was whole food plant-based for over 2 years before that. I started to experience extreme belching during my morning yoga, probably from meals from the day before, cause I practice fasted I never related it to any doshes, I just tried raw food, cause I heard it was ideal to heal digestive issues and it did, could have been placebo... But since it reduced my recovery times, I've kept it up it feels great and it gives this sort of natural high through-out the day. Too bad, I can't try the recipes Sahara posts, high fat gives me very nasty cystic acne... I prefer to get most of my calories from fruits, I'll eat sprouted seeds and grains as a starch and fat source as well as raw sweet potatoe and squash. I try to eat lots of salads too, but those are bascially negative calories, so I generally add a ton of carbs and a tiny bit of fat to make them an effective meal.

Everyone's body is different. I was bloated and gassy on cooked vegan diet. Raw is best for my body.

I always get stuck on the same first question of all dosha quizzes regarding bone structure, including the Sahara Rose page(no shade intended) simply because I don't feel I fit one category. How do you answer if you're very short but have slight width to your bones? I chose the option for larger bones but I'm classed as petite, but the small frame says low muscle, which is the opposite to me, so I have hope I chose correctly by picking the kaph a bones option. I have a true vata friend and she looks like half the width of me on photos, but I'm also overweight. I have a lot of lower body muscle and gain weight easily, but I often wonder how much of that is just too much food, rather than being someone that just gains easily. I don't have the really curvy look of a typical kapha, with very wide hips etc(although my hips are a pinch wider than shoulders)The rest of the quiz is easier but that first question is impossible for me to know how to answer at this stage. I love Sahara Rose btw, very good info on her channel too. Any help with that question would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Anyhow, the result was 75% Kapha lol...It's probably the 12% vata in the mental bit that's making me doubt myself, and the fact I'm a spendthrift, which I thought was vata. If anyone has any light to shed on this bone structure question I'd be grateful, thanks.

My vata got off balance a few years ago. I developed asthma and adrenal fatigue. I can get back up with ayurvedic herbs but I want to learn how to avoid going low again and again. I am obviously not doing something right.
