    Thank you very much! This was very helpful! Was the first time I heard about chakras in a practical way that motivates me to use this concepts to understand/help me find my way. Made me realize it's importance. Made me wanna understand everything about so I could speak about it to people that can't understand English very well. I'm now a Brazilian fan

      Cool analogy? Really? Spinning wheels, which are computer programs, which determine what somebody's energy is like? That's a great analogy?

    bless you!!! This was full of so many great analagies that made it more clear to me!! Especially how, when I go to the Dr, they treat a symptom, but i have so many healklth problems that must come from a deeper source (they effect each other), yet the Dr's can't seem to make that connection. I wish they could hear this podcast, lol!! I loved this so much and cannot wait for the Chakra lessons!!!

    I got Tarot cards reading and she told me that my Chakra is out of balance, my heart Chakra is block. In order to unblock is $400.00. I am learning so much about Chakra for the past few days. Will these yoga and meditation help? What other way/alternative I could balance it? Any advises? Thank you in advance! 💚

    • @BrettLarkinYoga
      @BrettLarkinYoga  6 лет назад +2

      Be cautious of anyone trying to get money from you to balance your chakras. Yoga and meditation are great to help balance them. You might want to read the book Wheels of Life by Anodea Judith to get a good understanding of the chakras too. Hope this helps💖
