Brett - thanks for sharing. I had the same experience when I found out when I was pregnant. I did not have a yoga practice at the time (13 years ago). Then I found out it was twins and I went from confused emotions to terror! I suppose I have always carried around some guilt about how I felt and hearing you speak so candidly about your experience as a yogi really allowed me to release this. THANK YOU! You are beautiful soul and I am very excited for your journey.

Thank you for sharing this experience. I am not sure that I want to have children and I have been thinking about it a lot the past few years. I have read many books about parenting focused on real experiences/honesty and there should be more sharing between women regarding parenting/fear/pregnancy. I am interested in reading the books and information that you shared~ Knowledge is power!
