    This is amazing! It's so crazy when your body/mind/soul needs something, it is placed in your life!! I just took an extensive pranayama and meditation training this past weekend and this was something I began to research afterwards. I logged into youtube this morning and saw this and immediately listened. This is just what I needed and I already have my free consult scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.

    I was always attracted to Ayurveda but this podcast is such a great learning. Learned so many new things. Loved the part that with Yoga we only accumulate Prana but to sustain it we need Ayurveda. Just loved it. Thanks a lot for uploading this💕🙏🏼🤗

    Thank you so so much for this video Brett! I've recently discovered your channel and I'm so thankful for that. I'm really lost with food just because of all these information all around internet for plant based, fasting, etc. I just stopped reading stuff, and eat what I like. But I really need an Ayurvedic consultation. Can that be done online as I'm from Europe, Bulgaria? Thank you

    Brett., can u describe me d different stretching exercise to the thigh muscle and calves for better flexibility., bcoz, gettng little bit tension under the calves, knee, and thigh muscle while try to tch pinky toes.
