    Highly recommend the TSP power kit. Makes a big difference on these bikes. Cleaned up the bottom end on mine and the power would be closer to your XC but smoother.

    There is a tune I'm going after that aligns with your set up, (XC and XCW world together). In the green map it's got the same power as the XC, but in the white map it stays exact as stock XCW with it being a little more clean. It's from Jammie Twisted Throttle. You do need to change the head as well. Your bike looks great, excellent way to set it up! Did the short silencer change the sound any? Also, I removed my rear tail light assembly like you did but found I lost the ability to pick and move the bike up in tight spots...I put it back on and it really helps to pick up the rear of the bike. It's very minimal cost of you break that assembly. Anyway, really like your vids and I'm interested to see more now that you have the XCW. Major congrats!!

    Any less flame outs with the XCW and the slightly larger stock flywheel compared to your XC?
    Also, any better feeling sliding over logs without the linkage now ?

    • @TechEnduro
      @TechEnduro  3 месяца назад

      Less flame out than a stock XC for sure. I did put a 9oz flywheel weight on my XC and it made it as good as this. I had a skid plate that covered the linkage on the XC so it was fine. The only time that was a problem is if I slid back on the skid plate hooked onto a route in a technical section.

    I like the handguards. Do the 2023 flag style guards fit on those wrap arounds?
    Looks like you have older style flags on

    • @TechEnduro
      @TechEnduro  2 месяца назад

      That’s why I do. They don’t fit. Hoping they come out with a revised version. But the old one flex more then the new, I like that as they are less likely to crack.

    Do you notice a difference between linkage vs PDS on singletrack? I’m ready to replace my ‘20 300xc and am torn between the xc and xcw. I ride mostly tight singletrack.

    How’s the power compared to the XC? Are you missing the HP?

    • @TechEnduro
      @TechEnduro  3 месяца назад +1

      It definitely has less power. The mellow map on the XC feels like the aggressive map on the XCW and the mellow map on the XCW is even mellower. if I rode more wide-open fifth or six gear riding I would’ve stuck with the XC, but I mostly ride tight technical terrain And having that useable power down low is great for me.

    Did you trade in the 2023 bike at the dealership? Curious on how much you lost, there are some smoking deals out here in Alberta, 2024 300XC for $10,788 plus tax and PDI. I got 165hrs on my 2023, but with new a Top end, and TSP Tuned.

    • @TechEnduro

      No my I sold it to a friend. It was $10,300 CDN plus tax and pdi. For the xcw.
      My buddy just bought a 24 XC for $10,100 plus all the tax and pdi.
