    This is a short and simple everyday vinyasa flow yoga sequence to work and stretch the entire body. Use this 12-minute standing flow yoga class for your daily practice to boost your energy and get you ready for your day. There will be minimal cues for most of the poses so this is recommended for experienced yoga students already familiar with the vinyasa practice. There are no seated and supine poses; we start and end in Mountain Pose.

    I enjoyed the video. I have been doing pilates, yoga and yogic enemas since 1995 when I was 13 years old for: benefits, detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, more energy and energy to spare.

    Thank you so much for this pracitce! This is exactly what I needed in the morning when I was short of time. Really energizing. I would really appreciate more videos like that, 15-20 minutes really cardio oriented to sweat and get my heartbeat up :). I can't wait to see something longer as well :). Anyway, I look forward to further videos since you're my all time favourite yoga teacher. I send love to you and your family!

    always happy to see your videos - I know you made a family move so hope you're getting situated and accustomed to your new surroundings.....I've neglected my yoga during COVID so this is perfect timing for me to get with it again and get into the daily routine again

    I liked the video and how energizing it is! Just was wondering though, why is it called "standing yoga flow" if there so many hands involved poses (I look for your standing classes to avoid my carpel tunnel).

      Hi Aleiya! Thanks for trying it out. I called it a standing yoga flow because there are no seated and supine poses (no floor stretches or Savasana). We start and end in Mountain Pose. If you want to avoid weight on the hands, please try my Wrist-Free Hands-Free Yoga Flow classes. Hope that helps. :)

    Hi Maris, I’ve noticed that when I do postures related to Warrior a lot, where I’m in that wide stance, my feet start to hurt and cramp. Am I possibly doing the posture wrong, or do I need to stretch more?
