Sadik is awesome and funny. I've always felt he's quite a positive person, yet nowadays being a dad, he seems happier despite all the responsibilities and pressure on his shoulders. I wish him and his family health and all the best.

can anyone explain 15:25 on how less protein and more fat and carbs will build more muscle? or he referencing just size in general like fat etc
Carbs have a protein sparing effect since they are the easiest for your body to use for energy expenditure. So if your carbs are higher, you don’t necessarily need as much protein as when you are dieting since the protein will not be used for energy.
Struggling with my weight for 23 years after high school, finally was able to drop some weight and even more into building muscle because of Sadik and his outlook on fitness and health. I'm 41 and hope to meet him one day and thank him for inspiring me to reach the level I never thought I could.

229 lbs for Men's Physique is absolute madness. That means that Sadik would have to walk around at 255 lbs to compete in Classic.

Two questions.
1) Why, does everyone use the worst shaker bottles?
Those, nearly always clump.
I got one with the name sistema on the lid. A clump breaker is snapped on it. Works every time.
2) Why, is he eating margarine?
Is it to avoid dairy?
Is it to keep fat circulating in the system for longer?
Is it like microwaving plastic? Because, of understanding effects and consequences.
