    I sometimes microwave potatoes wrapped in a wet paper towel. I also sometimes boil water in the microwave and soak whole grain ramen/rice noodles.

    Thank you so much for the opportunity to get to know you better and learn more about Mary's Mini. I am a Star McDougaller and have had great success with the program, but this is my first time to try MM. I look forward to our meetings each day!

    You mentioned something about not eating after 6 or 7 at night. Just mentioning that is not a McDougall guideline. He says to eat when hungry, to satation, not stuffed.

      It is not Mcdougall It is a life fact because if U eat late your food is no totally digested and when UR sleeping it is not being digested and the body can not take it's time & energy to cleanse & heal your body Do some research

      You are correct that times are not specified but in the McDougall program, which I have attended many times, eating stops between 6 and 7 p.m. Late night eating is discouraged.
