A time machine looking back at 150 yr old manufacturing. The good old days.
Bar sharing machine more Producation in industry 💪💪💪
I am amazed at the high-end machinery, clean work environment and well trained professional adult employees working day and night to bring us state-of-the art Tire Nut Bolts.
Define "clean" ?
Old Fred Dibner would have been in his element with these guys and that Turner cuts threads quicker than a cnc
Parabéns!!! Ótimo trabalho!!!🇧🇷
Steel toe capped flip flops would be a game changer if someone invented them. 😁

Why not you? 🤣. You can be a good inventor.

Not one piece of safety equipment anywhere....children working there...
You must give these people credit for not giving up and working in such dangerous conditions - they earn respect

Danger-shmanger. It looks like my home shop, including the footwear. How refreshing that they're not treated like incompetent idiots!
Lathe operator is actually wearing safety glasses! Probably learnt from experience.

Incredible to watch, but can you imagine facing into a 12 hour shift in that factory !!
never 12 hour shift I think most guys are burning out doing 12 hours and working straight 14 days
Ya think that's worse than 8 hrs of flippin' burgers @ the Golden Arches?
Can you imagine the hell your wife, mother and her mother will give you when you don't bring any money home?
I don't know, but this job seems more satisfying to me than working on a belt in a modern anonymous factory, it requires skill.
Imagine overshooting a red hod rod and hitting one of your co workers!
Hard work and earning halal money well done, may God bless you
Nice to see a Ford factory hard at work.
I observe and so much comes to mind, there is a a huge amount of energy wasted in that furnace, same which could be used to make steam and run an electric generator and a broom could help too : ) ... they have a video for us to see ... huge potential indeed.
The whole factory and machinery looks like it was bombed 70 years ago, sat there covered in ash, dirt and debris for 60 years, and someone uncovered it 10 years ago, shoveled out some debris and reopened factory. What a lovely place :D
Perfect description. I was wondering the history of this place too.
You may actually be onto something here 🤔
Let’s see now 🤔where did the US dropped bombs 70 years ago?

At least he’s wearing safety glasses lmao

First time I have seen any safety equipment in one of these Pakistani shops. Good for those guys.

Chaos extraordinaire. Fine industrial housekeeping.
Definitely hands on production. Looks like the machines and processes used in the early 1900's lol. Very effective though. Flinging the glowing chunks of steel is definitely an art. Safety boots and gloves would be my first priority. Very devoted and experienced workers.

It's so cool doing the work the old school way, love it!
Wow that is way more labor than I could for just 1 bolt!
Onore a questi meravigliosi operai
Great product, but the inefficiency is mind-boggling. I mean, one guy carrying ingots in his hands. And the blanks falling to the floor, the floor, not into a conveyor or wheeled cart. Jeez.
You are trying to eliminate a guys job!
I guess they didn't have time to video the Quality Control part of the manufacturing process...
As long as the nut threads on it's good! That was the QC portion of the video!
I wouldn't call any part of this video Amazing. This is literally how these were made 100 years ago in developed countries. The only amazing thing is that no one got hurt during the recording.
Those developed countries are now fighting each other for their own personal interests. They might return back 100 years and do what you are now seeing as primitive. By the way those developed countries are the real cause of all the problems the undeveloped countries are going through. No need to write more...
Could be a bit more negative?
These old methods were generating more employments than now, where precision CNC machine and robotics don't need us

This is what manufacturing looks like when nowhere in the world can make it cheaper
Well l've got 100 budgie's for sale, all going cheap.
Until someone can make it so much faster.
Not a CNC in sight.
I can see several ways to speed up the process and save man hours alone with greater amount of product in an hour, let alone days, weeks and years with additional product and less work. Safety has the lowest importance in this video sadly.
very inneficient, such archaic operations tend to occur in some specific context, muslim parts of india, pakistan etc. This is a way to keep everyone busy, producing the necessary goods for daily life, no will to improve products quality, work condition, productivity...They just "are"
These videos are so interesting and educational to watch. I admire these men who do such a repetitive, difficult job with the bare necessities in the shop but they make such an important item that is in demand. Tell them how entertaining it is to watch them at their daily work. Thanks for filming these factories as we would never get to see them otherwise~! 🤓💪✌

Those rods are likely sucker rod from oil wells. This is TOP quality steel actually. All the rest is very dodgy though. In spite of that, the finished product seems safe enough. That shear in the beginning is home made. Good work.
I used to run a shear like that in the 1980's at TRW in Cleveland, Ohio same process same tooling

Nice video
I'm having physical pain watching this as a mechanical engineer. Pretty cool 'medieval ages imitation' though!
Most enginerds are big pus sies just sayin.
Brother-in-law learned machining in the Navy during Vietnam was stationed on the USS Ranger in San Diego. Worked as a Machinist Mate...class, don't remember...
Got out of the Navy, stayed in SD and worked his way up to CNC Machinist, began his in business and was very successful. He's retired now but still has a full a shop set up in his garage. My sister needs to sell all the lathes, mills and so forth equipment... where to go and how to sell classic machines
I'm also owner of bolt 🔩 making factory in India. I too think about hard physical work done by workers instead of machines,,,,, so old age techniques are being used. Y? They are backward? I can't understand. Thank God...... I have too much modern machinery at my factory.
Get off your high horse asshole, these people make their living off of this its not a hobby.
Just throw glowing ingots to your coworker :D
Các bạn rất giỏi 👍 chúc các bạn luôn thành công 🥰
Looks extremely healthy
Spend time machining a part.... and then throw it on the floor.
I was thinking the same. Dinging the threads up by tossing finished parts. I have a machine shop and this would never happen in my shop. These parts would be in cardboard tubes for shipping
Buckets cost money. Dirt is cheap
it’s steel they could throw it on gravel and it would be fine
@@morrisl7 I own a machine shop. It would damage the threads. It would put dents on the threads. A quality machine shop protects the parts until they are shipped. It costs nothing extra
@@morrisl7 the damage is mainly caused by the parts hitting each other rather than the asphalt
