The recycling process in Korean factories for old tires and scrap metal is truly impressive! From breaking down the materials to reusing them for new products, it highlights the efficiency and environmental benefits of recycling. It's great to see how these factories contribute to reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices!

I don't criticized other metal factory, I used a lots of re-bars coming from South Korea because they don't just rust right away looks like they add a stainless metal that make it shiny when rain drops in, this is amazing factory thanks for showing this video now i will stay to buy from this Company, very impressive.

The rebar from South Korea is truly of excellent quality and durability, especially with its rust-resistant properties. I’m particularly impressed by how it shines when rain hits.
I’m curious to know if this type of rebar is suitable for all construction environments, especially in areas with high humidity or coastal regions? Have you had any experience using it in harsh conditions?

I wouldn’t call burning the tires recycling, but, being made from some percentage of natural rubber means that as a fuel they have some degree of carbon offset built right in. And the energy requirements for making cement at that scale can only be met using fossil fuel, so using tires that have already had a useful working life is actually better than burning oil or gas straight out of the ground.

    Dear Sir,
This a common practice also in Belgium. I used to work for a big environmental company and the benefits are clear. Cement making is a chemical process.
    1. To make cement you need "sulfur" and that is available in tyres, so that is re-used
    2. You als need a lot of heat and burning the (synthetic) rubber is a welcome source.
    3. And third: the temperature for making cement is not high enough te melt the high quality steel and it is retracted from the cement during or after the process in a rather pure way.
You see, 3 good reasons to use old tyres... but, only when you operate in a modern plant with adequate gas cleaning.
The cement industry used to rely on natural gas or even petroleum.....

It appeared in the video that they use the shredded tires as furnace fuel. I didn't see any clip of further processing of the steel tire wires.
I would think that they would combine operations a bit more - there was a huge amount of loading, unloading and transporting of the scrap before it got to the smelter.

@@buggsy5 yes they did, I forgot. Probably multiple uses for recycled rubber.
