The skills are very Good, seems to have done that a few times. i would suggest for his health, that he should wear a proper mask, this does not just help his eyes but the skin on his face from being burn. keep up the good work.
So if you want to hear my opinion from a German citizen, I am very happy to share it with you. I am very surprised how, despite the accident, you manage to create a car as good as new from a scrappy car with just a few professional steps. God bless you and your skills. Please stay healthy. There is no way this repair (using these techniques) would fly in NA or Europe. In USA the labour costs and replacement parts alone would be at least $12,000. The insurance co. would refuse to pay for it and declare the vehicle a write-off. But I do admire the skill of these workers and the amazingly great results!
Aqui no Brasil há esse tipo de reparo, desde que não atinja 80% do valor do veículo ou se não comprometer estrutura. Se não o seguro indeniza o cliente.
@@bigredc222 You can't evaluate other countries using the standard of the USA. In my country, insurance is optional and usually we only buy third-party insurance.

@@xinxianshi There is no "used to" for the injuries caused by exposure to UV light from welding. In 10 years or less, these guys will be blind or with severe cataracts.
Yes, the Extreme UV light will damage their retinas as well as the corneas of their😊 eyes. They might be closing their eyelids while doing the welds, which is a technique I've seen elsewhere on YT third world shops.
I think replacing the side was the correct choice. I agree that a car, that was practically brand new, deserved a second chance. I wish you could have saved my Mustang after I hydroplaned off a highway and crushed the back of it. I have a few videos on my channel. It was 7 years old with 71,000 miles. I had bought it brand new with 7 miles though.
I always say when any unibody car is crashed like this. It wont be the same again because the frame and chassis. Is made to perfect at the factory. But watching this i say it is as close as we will get. For the available technology we have now. Great workmanship Though

A car for a suicide and a fool.
Nowadays, there is no welding, only spot welding with electricity.
Makes me want to run away from them. The repair was the best that could be done, but still a lot of structure was compromised.
Although I'm not a big fan of rebuilding parts of a frame as this video shows, Han does do good work for this car. Thumbs up for me.
