3:19 In the hundreds of videos I've watched people welding, this weld has got to be the best weld I've seen yet !! Well done !
Dude, I thought the same thing, almost looks as good as a robotic welder!
Literally just made a similar comment to my friend. And a similar video I watched before this one amazed me at just how well centred their drill press was.
And while wearing flip flops! A very good welder and a flinch control master.

Precision engineering and the parts are thrown about on a dirt floor but those men certainly earn their wages
Ordinary handicraft production, here they work not for quality, but for quantity, the USSR thus defeated the 3rd Reich. Most likely, these parts will go to the domestic market and only internal users will suffer because of their failure.

Thankyou to these talented, good , smart people. A bit of a welder myself. I love to watch these guys work. One thing I've noticed for all the talent they have brick laying is not one of them, or wiring.
Its all about minimal money so a clean Workshop and good brick laying is not an imortance to the owner of the shops...
Same as dead amazon workers in the current usa hurricane, they got forced back to work for profit and paid ultimate price, yt no one gets punished for the fear among workers.
So we westerners should not ruffle our nose too much, this is business after all

These guys are excellent engineers when you consider what they are working with...total respect from me!!
Good for the conditions but I hate to think some of those cylinders will last with optional sand impregnation and lack of precision in the cylinders. Made me cringe banging the flanges into the dirt floor just after turning.
That is why old cylinders made in the USA on the old tractors still don't leak to this day and you buy one these and they leak in 2 years, it's all about tolerance's and retooling, sharp tools make the difference.
I know. I wasn't going to comment, because these guys are doing the best they can, but quality? No thanks. There's a reason we pay more for quality engineering, and that is evident in these processes. As a contrast, take a look at this guy's work: ruclips.net/video/UwNDqiuhK58/видео.html
