Railfanning the mainline on a beautiful Saturday! So much to see and so much action we found! Long manifest freight trains, unit trains, passenger trains, professional weathering, the list goes on but enough explaining, click play and lets go!!!

Would be dope to add catenary wires on the main line for any trains that feature a pantograph, it would make the layout even more epic.

I see the train lenght is usually kept at 35 railcars or less.

A magnificent layout, very well planned and set up. I did spot a few high - low coupler matchups, though. And the video would be better without the two guys chattering endlessly in the soundtrack.

I like the variety of the scenes, ie up close, distant low, medium ht, etc. IMHO, I don't need to see the whole train in every scene that it's in. More scenes and variety appeal to me more. Just my 2 cents worth.

I agree, you're right. I'm the same way, but we try to balance it all out and meet everyone in the middle
