It previously pulled freight on the Keokuk Junction Railway until 2018. The other two F units Keokuk junction had are now owned by RPCX (private car owners). The reason such special locomotives exist is so that non-union workers can operate them 26:39 removing the smaller spans of the old 1st street bridge in Barstow. Scrapping of the other large span begins.
That MOW Ballast Saw at Revelstoke was cool to watch. Sometimes I could use something like that on my HO Layout. I just checked-out Barstow on Maps, to see just where the Bridge decommission is taking place (N. 1st Ave at the Yard East-end) It's interesting to see how the road has been re-routed.

11:37 as a viewer that watches the Deshler webcams quite a bit and lives within 30 miles of Deshler I’m shocked to see a train on that NW wye. I’ve previously seen a high-rail truck get on the tracks there to head North but I’ve never seen anything else on those rails.
Signals were red over red at the signal bridge near the west end of the platform. If the engineer passes the absolute signal without dispatcher authority both the engineer and conductor of the Amtrak will be relived on the spot and decertified

La Grange KY and Ashland VA are two towns where it's hard to find a parking spot on Main Street especially when the trains are going through the middle of town.🚂🚃🚃🇺🇲

It looks like that spot is a "mud pumper", so probably replacing the entire sub-bed with fresh ballast to improve drainage.
