This double wide is totally farmhouse material, and I'm digging it!! The manufacturer for this house is Buccaneer. The model for this home is the "Lulamae." This manufactured home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,832 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

this is a lovely home, and the price is really great. it's really nice to see a butler's pantry in a home, and it gives you loads of room.

Chance, the space you called a little office area is actually a Butler’s Pantry, if I’m not mistaken. If you’ll notice, there’s no knee space or desktop that juts out. However, it looks it could easily be added and even be made into a convertible space and used for both with a “Murphy” desktop! Ha! 😍 Anyway, it’s a very nice home for the price! I was surprised at how low the price is!
About that other channel - I found the funniest camper meme on FB and true to copy and paste it to the Camper Master’s channel, but apparently you cannot copy and paste across the different mediums - or at least my little pea brain couldn’t figure it out! 🤦♀️

This is probably one of my favorite homes you've toured. Everything seems to jive very well together. Sometimes you tour homes that the trim, flooring, fixtures, wall color, appliances, pulls, wall socket covers...they are all different colors and nothing goes together. This one seems to fit the "theme" of the home. The farmhouse look with the shiplap and the rough cut "cedar" trim really do well together. The flooring seems a bit off colored but not enough to offset the balance. The countertops are really nice. I'm really liking the wood look. And that shower! Woo! Looks inviting! The uncovered part of the porch is the perfect spot for a grill. There are a few things i would change about the home but it is affordable gorgeous. Still shocked about the price.

Can you do a tour of the Lulabelle? It’s the 4 bedroom version as well as the Laney? Those are really interesting layouts. Also, if you happen to find a cross-mod which is a new section of homes to the manufactured sector, that would be so awesome !

This was the very first Mobile Home that I fell in love with. Ahhh young love. I'm over it now! LOL I luuuuuv that kitchen. And that "desk area" is called a "Butler's Pantry" which you don't even have a dance for that one! Ha! It is great home at a great price. In fact I have also seen many many variations on this model. But my true love now is the "Upshaw." I saw it as a Modular with a full basement and I just need to have it! LOL It is perfect for me. But I adore all of the Farm House Models. I truly do. Thank you for the re-do. It was fun.
I like all the windows in the kitchen and the massive island with all the storage underneath.

Morning from a grey, dismal UK. Love this! Flooded with light, even guest bathroom and the fridge flush with surrounding cabinets in great kitchen with its beautiful ceiling. No coat closet and no pantry 😏. Bit disappointed in utility, no sink, no shower, no coat hooks. BUT really pretty set up and as for that porch, wow. As always a great video filled with fun and charm. I think that one is my favorite of all the homes on your channel. I think because I live in a large two story brick, and I’m ready for a smaller place. And this one is perfect.

Chance's Mobile Home World I’m just ready for a small home! Everyone forgot to tell me how much work a big home is! I think I would put a basement in that home. Just for an exercise room and a game room :)
That pop out on the porch is the perfect spot for your BBQ. We built our deck the same way with an "annex" so smoke and heat dont get trapped under the roof.
At least there's some separation between the kitchen and living room
The shiplap is a nice accent! Another great kitchen island and the kitchen ceiling is Amazing. That utility room has great space for a deep freezer. The natural lighting in the whole house is awesome. Another great tour, keep it up👍
I see whys its the most popular home beautiful farmhouse layout I love that. Love the big windows and the barn house lights. I also like the awnings over the front windows.
All I can say is WOW. I love pretty much everything about this house. I was shocked at how low the price was too.

This really is one of my favorites. I would totally use that spot between the kitchen and utility room as my pantry. Add some shelving and boom pantry.

Ok. I adore this Porch!! Added living space So great with Grandkids and pets and for me to drink Coffee in the morning Love the Roof Eves. Window shutter love the small windows on the end!! Such a “Great Room” A lot of Family Space!! The windows all around the dining I love open a lot of natural light windows !! My fav Big wnds in front of my sink a must!! Cute corner shelves in kitchen Cute desk area already set up for homework!! Freezer space is great! Ceiling fans a must!! Nice size rooms Farm house look is my fav!! A Grandma soaking tub!! Barn doors ! Double closets Him & Hers ! I love the tile walk in shower!!! I have a very large dog. He would love it!! Great tour Chance God bless your family. Grandma in Az :)

Ok, I would buy this tomorrow. Just the way it is! When I do buy, it's going on an actual basement so I would probably use the area in the utility room for a freezer as the place to go down in . I am IN LOVE with this home!

I've noticed the same to similar layouts on mobile homes elsewhere with different names. I don't like open floor plans. It makes the living room, kitchen & dining room all flows together as one great big room. You see all the rooms from the front door entrance.

Chance,that bump out on the porch is for your grill so it doesn't melt vinyl siding! It's an awesome feature right off the kitchen!!
There was a similar one to this I think that had a great room in the back but almost everything else was the same. I really like these layouts and the details of both. I love that the master toilet isn’t in a closet but still has it’s own space.
I know every time it just makes me think of all the germs on that doorknob 😅 if it’s gonna be in a closet I want a small sink in there.

Those 2 black wall lights in the living room would have to go. I can see people hitting their heads on them. Love that kitchen! Glad to see enough space for a freezer. I really like the fact that these ceilings are flat, not like a regular 'double wide' or 'modular' home.
I’ve seen tours of this home on other channels. This is a nice home. I like the porch. It’s wide enough to have a couple of chairs comfortably.
It was worth watching the same home with a new video...the kitchen and dinning was greatest part...but no sink in the utility room ...rest bathroom window of master bedroom were great 😊😊

Chance, you are a hoot. Don't change. I've seen this one before, but it had steps leading up to the "jut out"portion of the deck by the kitchen door. It makes for easy access when brining in groceries. The room between the kitchen and laundry room is called the butler's pantry.This house is almost perfect. It lacks a coat closet. I'd remove the half wall by the master toilet (easier access for disability). The master tub faucet should not be on that side, because it might be difficult for some to access/reach. I love the windows by the tub! Good price!

I've seen this home in many diffrent set ups, wall covers, floor coverings etc. It always is impressive. A perfect family home!
