I'd like to reconfigure that half bath and laundry area so that a full bath could fit there.
I was thinking the exact same thing and you could install a tankless water heater and put it outside the back door and give you freezer space.

Fried early Squash or Fried Bologna made on a George Forman Grill with Fresh Garden Tomatoes, make into a sandwich with mayo. I could eat just that for the rest of my life. Being a country girl, there's nothing better than food from your own Garden!

I'm looking for about 10 to 12 neighbors , we buy land in Arizona and put each of our new homes on it . Hopefully, we can get a discount from the makers of the home , not so much on the land. We can have a new community of brand new homes. Lets go....

We have this home and added a door between the guest bath and laundry room door to close off the back of the house. we also had it done with no carpet and the LVP throughout the home. it is a beautiful home and the bedrooms are so spacious. the first bedroom on the left is almost as big as the master bedroom and great closet size. The master is so big we added a settee in front of the shower window. it is so nice and feels like a spa.

The entire house is beautiful and well payed out except for one major thing; the master suite. I absolutely hate that the entrance to the master suite is in the kitchen. That ruins the entire house because there is no privacy and all the food smells will end up in the bedroom, because that microwave range hood is hot the best.

Deer Valley should know better than to put fake beams n a house and their use of the lousy wire shelving seems cheap.
Nice....BUT.... definitely don't like the Master Bedroom right off the kitchen. Who on earth thought that one up 🤦🏻♀️
No privacy. Noisey. No. On that point alone I'd not buy this home.
MB needs to be down the hall in a private, quiet area.

I would want a little bit of a hall going into the master. Not keen on it right off the kitchen!

I also like to use okra in Stew or pot roast to act as a natural thickener, it cooks down so you don't know it's there but thickens the gravy naturally.

Not a fan of Master bedroom off the kitchen or any bedroom off the kitchen or living room. Favorite garden food is tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. That’s my favorite sandwich.

Not a fan of the master bedroom in the kitchen either. Half bath at the kitchen is also a big NO for me as well. Really liked those tile floors and the porch is nice as well.
Board & Batten siding is very outdated so is the Facade this home looks like something from the depression era that has been added onto several times over the years
I love the layout with the dining room off on it own with the porch right off of it. I love the traditional look of this house. But then there's a island that holds a whole small family! Love this house! I also love the colors of the kitchen and that medium brown color of floor tiles throughout. Four bedrooms WOW!

It's been a few years since we've seen this floor plan. Still a nice sized home with wonderful porches.
The only 2 problems I have is those pesky floor vents......especially in all the wrong places.
And the kitchen is just in the wrong place. I hate the fridge being in the hallway. I mean, "Come on man"!!!
Other than that, a really nice home.

For a home this big there is no excuse for not having a utility sink in the laundry room.
Nice big coat closest! The spot to the left of the fireplace and the door to the porch would be a perfect place for a Christmas tree. It would be there, but out of the way of traffic. I love homes that have real linen closets and coat closets. When they started making homes smaller to keep prices down, linen closets, broom closets, and coat closets all disappeared as well as anything for real storage. The crazy thing is people have more and more stuff and nowhere to put it, so then they buy or build minnie McMansions to get back the space that got lost but seemed to forget that when adding in media rooms, dens, etc. they haven't fixed the storage problem. Some of the homes you have been showing lately have gone back to adding in the linen cloests in or near each bathroom, Coat closets/hooks in or near the door to the outside. And adding in those big pantries helps as well, esspecially for those that shop Sam's Club, Costco, which have those super big packages. Some bathrooms have no space to store the rest of a 4 roll toilet paper package much less an eight roll or more package, as well as ladies products that most don't like leaving out for everyone to see. I do believe I have seen this home before. In general I like it but would want a bigger pantry.

Some things I like about the house, the size of the utility room, the proper dining area etc are great. I don't, however, like the master bedroom being in the front of the home. I know it's being done more but it's a terrible idea. Way more likely to have to deal with street/road noise in addition to the fact it makes it feel like more than half of the home may not really be occupied. Not a very thought-out trend.

You should clarify if these are built to which IBC code. As there is 3-4 different ones. RIVA, Manufactured Home, Modular Home and of course the standard building standard of a stick built home.

Laminated Dimensional Lumber, think structural steel I beam shape made from lumber. Started doing that in normal homes instead stacking a bunch of say 2x10's together.

Corn on the cob is my favorite summer veggie! This is a great home, but I was sad when I was expecting a long walk in pantry next to the dining area, and saw that it wasn't. Still, nice sized rooms and closets. Thanks for the tour!
Tomatoes all day for me. My daddy is actually growing okra right now. This is a nice home, and I loved the master bath.
This home is similar to many R-Anell homes in that the kitchen is in the middle.... I didn't care for that. Gotta have windows in the kitchen. Nothing really stands out for me. But it's a nice size!
I like this home but but I DO NOT like the vents are in the floor. Because I wouldn’t be able to move my furniture around.
I'm not a fan of this house. Don't like the fridge being in hallway next to the powder room. Don't like the master bedroom being right off of the kitchen. Basically, having to walk through the kitchen to get to the beds rooms in this house.
"Hand laid LVT"! LOL! How else does it get laid? By robots? Did anyone really doubt that floor got there any other way?
Modular homes have good future to grow but if government trying to understand what is housing system works. One hand you have regular home which usually lost over hundred years or more that mean people have to have very good job and young age or the government allows non-cashable equity which means no tax and social security
on income because there is no cash available. Or go by modular homes which means modular homes park should allow people own the lot as big as regular homes have and then people pay the tax while no one technically sell their modular home but only let someone take over by fully transferred on their name so if there is mortgage on this home then whoever takes over will transfer that loan on his or her name but if nothing left over whoever leaves, should give up to modular homes park who are responsible for security, maintenance, land scaping, snow removal, roads erc with a monthly fee.
Didn't Deer Valley used to be the ONE holdout when it came to installing the yuk wire racks in the closets and pantries?

I don’t like the brown trim and I’d want a metal roof. Not a fan of the long narrow hallways. That would be a deal breaker. The master bath is outstanding. No way would I pay that for this home, plus a lot to put it on. It would be 4 or 500 grand home.
Not a fan of the master size. Small compared to the other rooms. Can they make a hallways and bigger room?????
Really nice. I do like that the mbr is right off the kitchen. Makes it easier to make my coffee in the morning.
Mobile homes don't have good insolation and they don't hold up to flooding tornadoes earthquakes
A lot of money mobile homes are hard to get insurance on unless it's on a foundation or private Land
By the time you buy this and the land you can buy one that’s already built.. this is very expensive ..

Not into these spacious master baths. I'd rather have the extra room in the house. I guess if you spend a lot of time in the bathroom it's nice.

Our world would be much better if we all prayed together. Supper is always better with fresh veggies from the garden. My favorite: black eyed peas, creamed corn and vine ripe sliced tomatoes, or maybe fried green tomatoes. Thanks for the videos
