One thing I love about it: the separate family room. One thing I’d change: not have the sink in the island. Don’t like a sink in the island. Otherwise, great home.

I hateeee how every new house they are putting the sink in the island & the stove where the sink goes it drives me nuts! Sinks belong with a window

I came here to say the same thing you said. The family room is wonderful. So are the arches. But I hate a sink in the island. Who wants to sit up there to eat with dirty dishes staring at you? I love the sink by the window so I can look out at the scenery while I'm busy working.
Maybe close off one side of the jack-n-jill bathroom to have a nicer guest suite. Let the other two bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Keep the door locked from the inside. That way you have options when you need it.
What I love: size, basic floor plan, separate den close to laundry room.
What I’d change or like: kitchen sink under the window. No fireplace. Electrical outlets in pantry for roomba, etc. Stand alone tub in master bath. Working window in master bath toilet room. Working window in both of the other bathrooms. I never see working window in the bathrooms usually. They need them!!

I love the old fashioned archways! The French doors and huge kitchen catches my eyes! I'm excited about the size of this manufactured home! But the sell is the pantry and the layout! Love the wood type floors and the colors are so so awesome! Love the sink in the utility room. This house is so bright and cheerful! The only thing I hate about it is that it's not my house!😅

I love the separation of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Only thing I would change is the fireplace placement in the living room, I hate that they basically force you to have your tv above the fireplace.

Love the arches.i use to set mf homes in the 80s when I was young . Mobile America had 5 locations. I'm in my 70 and they have come a long ways.
I really love this house! The beautiful archways are my favorite, as well as the 3rd bathroom. That kitchen is my dream kitchen, with that awesome walk in pantry!
Microwave above the stove! The flooring! The bench in the laundry room and can be set up with a garage on that side! By far, my favorite.
Lovely home. Spacious rooms that are adequate for everyone. The layout is well thought out. The only thing I would recommend is adding a fireplace in the family room . Thanks for another great tour.

This is one of the better homes that l have seen that has everything l would want in a home.
I love the arches! My great grandparent's house (built in the 1940's) had these and my dad put some in the home we built in the early 2000's. Makes it feel like home! 🤗
It needs deep drawers in the kitchen island. This is an amazing home.
Pretty much love, love everything about this home. What I would change is the bench in utility room into dog washing station.
I love the arches in the dining room but I would switch out some of the shelves in the pantry and make space for a freezer

I love the primary bedroom; the fact it has ample room, large closet, AND has a tub... I LOVE it!! I would probably change the 4th bedroom into being connected to the hall bathroom to make a guest suite and add a half bath for company to use. Great tour Chance!!
I'm a huge sucker for large kitchens especially those with huge islands. The kitchen and bathrooms are selling points for me. My living area must also have a nice fireplace entertainment tv space as well. Being born, raised, and living in cold climates, you look forward to a nice cozy fireplace. So these homes you share with us, have really sold me on the idea of purchasing them in the future. Everyone deserves to own a beautiful home.
Changes: no dining room. Do a large l shaped island with no sink. I like sinks in front of window. Add a real fireplace. But I love everything else!
🎉🎉 I like the hall bathroom , so big! Love love the shower and bathroom in the master. The laundry room was wonderfully spacious. Sad there was no porch. Family room very very nice.
I love this house. Especially the kitchen, with a lot of cabinet space plus a pantry. They only I don’t like is the carpet. I’m not a carpet person.

I wouldn't change a thing!!! It is AWESOME!!! Love, love, love!!! I truly hope God blesses me a home soon!!! I had to sell my beautiful home during the pandemic and move to take care of my parents and my mom died. Now I'm taking care of my elderly dad and incapacitated younger sister. I NEED A HOME, and this one is BEAUTIFUL and ROOMY!! Chance this is what I'm talking about!!!

There's lots I like about this one and a few things I don't like. I don't like the sink being in the island, and the island is too big. I do like those walls and arches around the dining room - it gives you separation between the living room, dining room and kitchen, and makes it not a wide-open floorplan. I love the Pantry! I'd do my usual changes to get my Library Music Studio Office Rooms, by using the two bedrooms and the Jack 'n' Jill bathroom. Family Room can be husband's Gym. I'd probably remove the bench and coat hanging section in Utility Room and use that space for a Freezer. I love the fact that the furnace and water heater access are both in the utility room! Only two things I'd change in the Master Bathroom...a Handicapped Tub, to replace the tub shown, and remove the wall between the shower and commode, to give me more room around the commode and because I don't like that small of an enclosed place! I love the Master Closet and the fact it's Not in the bathroom.
Sorry. I know you said "one thing we liked and one thing we didn't like", but there are so many things of both that I couldn't make up my mind on which ones to speak about!! I actually like this house and could make it mine very easily!

I love archways & pillars/colums. For me in this house I would rather have the family room where the primary suite is, because I DO NOT want my primary suite in the kitchen, that's just me. I would rather for my primary suite be where the den/family room is for more privacy . Another thing I do not like having to walk through the house with company just to get to the den/family room just to entertain....
That one thing is ; I love this home and the one thing I would change would be: it needs a stand alone tub in the master bathroom. Thank you Chance for sharing this with us and a shout out to Pratt Homes and for Deer Valley for this beautiful piece of art. ❤❤❤

This is minor, but I don't like it when the freestanding soaking tub's faucet is on the outside of the tub going towards the room. I want that stuff on the other side of the tub by the wall 😊

I think this is one of my very favorites in quite some time. I love the layout not to mention the arches. The colors are so warm and inviting which brings me to what I don't like. I think that the white countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms is completely the opposite of the warmth of this home. Love the backsplash but can't stand the choice of countertop that they used. I also I know you just said one but I also would like to see the sink under the window instead of in the island. I also think that the square sinks in the bathroom would have been a better choice bringing a slight modern look to a beautiful home. I will say I absolutely love this one!
Really like the main bedroom. Add some place near the kitchen for a deep freezer. Add a water closet in the laundry room.

I would like a bit more room in the laundry area for a stand up freezer. The tub in master bath should be a walk in soaking tub. It is a beautiful home.

While I do like open concepts, I appreciate the arches and separations because it gives the home more character, not to mention, a tad bit of privacy too. Or at least the feeling of some privacy. So far, I really like this home.

I love this home! The end with the family room would be perfect for my son and grandson’s home away from home.
What I don’t like in most home is the window in the shower. It should be like stained glass or frosted. I don’t like someone looking at me when I am in the shower. The shower doors could be half frosted.

Love this house has everything you need
I loved this house. I could live in it. What I especially liked about it was the arches and color choices. What I would change is it needs a place to sit to do hair and makeup in the main bathroom. That is such an overlooked item. Also, I would remove the window in the main walk-in closet. Natural light is great for a lot of things but in a closet, it is a disaster. Personally, I would opt out of that and put in more shelves and a space for a full-length mirror. Put a 100-watt daylight LED giving plenty of good non-fading light. Chance, you are excellent and my favorite to watch. I hate to tell you this, but you do have a mistake in your video. When giving the master dimensions, it says Family Room. I knew you would want to know.

Chance?? This is a home within a home!! Its so wide, open, and spacious!! Every room has its own personality!! The Kitchen to The Laundry is very complex!! The Bedrooms and The Bathrooms are all very artistic!! You can have lots of people and have plenty of fun just living here!! What a excellent concept that you brought to us!!
I love the zoned spaces. I would put pocket doors on the Jack and Jill bathroom.
I love this house. The layout is beautiful. The dimension. the dimensions are perfect. The one thing I would change is a more. formal entryway at the front, making a foyer. Adding a closet with a staircase in it to go down to a basement. And putting a coat closet in the four-year area.
One thing I love is the master closet. On thing I'd change. A wood burning fireplace, a rock to the ceiling.The microwave over the stove. Everyone knows that it needs a vented hood. Grease build up under the microwave. I like the wood range hoods. Not the little alien looking ones.
I love.the distinct seperation between the main living spaces. But I would switch the main bedroom/bathroom with the family room/laundry room.
I really love the overall layout, the wall color, and the arches.
I would consider changing the family room into another bedroom, and the cabinet between the toilet and shower in the guest bath could be shallower.
This is one I would really like to see done up with dark colors, too. Black cabinetry would really make some nice contrast to the wall color.
