I hope you have some cans of Raid Wasp Spray, Bear Spray or similar method(s) of self-defense apparatus strategically located inside and in exterior access panels. Maybe a pew-pew? I don't expect a response to that.

Amazing woman, amazing musician and singer, amazing home and life! Your song was so cute and your voice is beautiful. But sadly yes, here in America teachers who live alone or are single parents don't make a living wage. Add to that being "on" all day long (especially with little ones because you can barely find a time to relieve yourself!), it's easy to see why this life was so appealing! Hooray 🎉 for you! Your life looks just dandy!

I am a professional school bus driver and I’m obsessed with skoolies bc that’s what I want to do in my vacation time and I’ve been watching skoolie builds for over 10 years and this is by far the very best bus build I’ve ever seen!!!

As soon as I saw this bus, I knew she had to be a fellow Floridian!! Destiny is the kind of person everyone else gravitates to. She’s incredibly unique & musically gifted (the best female vocalist I’ve ever heard). I wholeheartedly love everything she did inside Dolly!! I’ll definitely be following Destiny’s musical journey!

Destiny has achieved one of the quirkiest skoolie builds I've seen. I usually get bored with skoolie tours, but this one kept me watching. Her personality shines in this build. I found myself laughing throughout. I loved her "spice rack" and its empty bottles. While she was pulling it out, I said out loud, "You don't cook!" LOL Super fun and super creative young woman.
Wow! Everything about Destiny and Dolly is fabulous! Great musician, too! I'm really impressed that she did the whole build herself!

I've seen this before! Was it on a different tiny house channel? Yes, this IS the most creative skoolie ever! I love every bit of it. The spice rack is my favourite! And that hidden wardrobe - genius! Also this lady has an absolutely beautiful singing voice! Truly inspirational in so many different ways!

This is fantastic. Unrelated but summer 1995 I attended a Grateful Dead show in Highgate, Vermont. As my group of friends settled in to our campsite alongside thousands of other attendees, a yellow school bus pulled in and parked nearby. Once the driver turned the engine off, the back door flew open and a ramp descended. Harley after Harley was unloaded (maybe three or four). They’d altered the letters above the windshield that normally read “SCHOOL BUS”, to “COOL US”.

I will never forget my first music teacher in elementary school. Ms. Margaret McDonald and her beautiful red hair, her amazing voice and her absolute LOVE of music and passing that love to us. I’m 44 now, but I’ll never forget her.❤

I love this layout. Doesn’t look like a hallway. Foyer and Living room area separate from kitchen area, maintenance and bathroom area, studio and bedroom area. I love the movable wall so you don’t see the cab area. Actually looks like a small apartment. Great job.❤

I have seen quite a few tiny house tours but I can't remember feeling child-like joy like I did today. I loved all the added touches. I literally giggled when I saw Urkel in the kitchen.❤

The "Be My Friend!" commenting on videos like this have always given me the ick, so it's amusing that I'm experiencing the same urge. This is a super-cool build, and Destiny seems like a woman who would be able to write a fascinating autobiography at 50 if she had the inclination. Nice job.

Unbelievable how much bus building skill this woman has - seems like she would be able to make good money building for people or consulting - but that probably won't be as fullfilling as her music endeavors.

Destiny reminds me somehow of Liza Minnelli's character Linda in the original movie "Arthur"...a savvy, clever, hardscrabble take-charge kinda gal, also with a voice and the talent to pick and strum that message out there to the world. Beautiful bus, as well! Here's to "Dolly"! (Both of them!)

You are the first person I’ve ever hear actually speak the truth about the compost toilet. I love you for that. Knock a few people off their van life high horse. If you call it a compost toilet somehow that won’t make you homeless but a van lifer. In the end it still a bucket. You are real and authentic and I dig it. You obviously aren’t of the “homeless” group I’m speaking of so I hope I’m not misunderstood. Congrats to you and all you’ve worked hard to achieve.
If music doesn’t work out for you, you could always built amazing homes! Well done !

I live in a conversion van with 2 tuxedo kitties, and my idea of a "build" is installing second hand furniture that I may or may not have spray painted first. 🤷♀️
I absolutely love the vintage vibe of the kitchen cabinetry, the appliances in drawers, all the beautiful colors throughout....but where were the kitties? 😳😿 Also, how do you keep display items, musical instruments, etc from moving or falling during travel? 🤔

She has such a fun, cool, and funky bus. Her bus looks like it's a cool physical representation of her as a person. It's difficult to say what my favorite part of her bus is, but I do love that Jeff Goldblum pillow. 😂😂 also, as a fellow cat lady, I love the cats. 🐈⬛️🐈
Edited to add, a couple funny things I noticed and absolutely giggled about in her house... The Bill Murray pillow, good framed Mr. Bean in drag painting, and the fun waffle plate. Her house is full of fun Easter eggs.

I love everything about your bus except the shower. There's enough room in that bus to have a separate shower. (I really hate a wet bath.) A separate shower is just a must to me. Otherwise, I love every inch of your bus! It's absolutely gorgeous. Destiny, you are a talented musician and artist, and I totally envy your life. I'm going to keep watching this channel!
16:07 This is a fantastic solo self build. Personally though the bench you took 3 weeks to make, I’d have put all the electricals ( the heart of the bus workings you day) under the bench, and have the big door that swings all the way out, into another cupboard. It seems such a waste of a lot of space.

4:44 yes. As a professional school bus driver of 10 years, I have been assigned seven different buses for service plus numerous different buses for substitute buses and every single one of them has always always leaked!
