This prefab house also has several different options and can be built as a hud manufactured home or modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Sunshine Homes. The model for this home is the “PRI3280-2071.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,152 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

My wife and I have been watching your videos for quite some time now. We really do like the homes, but in showing off the homes don't be negative regarding layouts that would suffice for empty nesters or retirees. All of our kids are grown and out of the house and I sure would love a dedicated office. :)
I would definitely change the exterior colors, remove the tub in the master bathroom, and put in another closet.❤

This one has a great layout, and the cabinets go all the way to the ceiling in the kitchen. It gets an A+ from me.

I like the flow of this one. All the rooms look large and open. I love the barn doors.
Instead of an office make it a craft room or a room to pay bills or sewing room
Love the kitchen cabinets all the way to the ceiling after years of having cabinets that didn't reach that high up and having to Dustin reach on ladders to get that clean it sure is nice to have them go to the ceiling
I'm spoiled today Chance! Fireplace pantry and just over two thousand square feet?! This is what I call heaven!
I like the home quite a bit and just would want a little augmentation. The fireplace as a traditional style fireplace with gas log or wood burner. And maybe get rid of a window or two in the living room. I wonder if you can switch the laundry room and pantry location. Keep back door same so if you have parking or garage on back you come into the pantry directly with the groceries plus a little closer to kitchen.
Wish I had that ramp on my house. Love this home.
Love the large island, den and stand alone tub. Nice large rooms and the siding and ramp
This is one of the standard floor plans for large homes. That Butlers pantry is a nice touch in this one.
I do love the extra room there too. I'd have a library in there.

AND...........CEILING VENTS!!!! YEAH!!!!!
The only thing I don't like is those fake wood logs on the front of the house being shiny. I'd prefert them muted or grainy.
All in all still a 5 star home!!!
Many retailers will give discounts if you live within so many miles of their store. I have one pretty close that I could get away with no freight fee, setup and delivery, crane, and block foundation. Doesn't hurt to ask!!😊
I wish some builders would help people in Valley View and Sanger Texas who lost their modular homes in a Tornado. Would be awesone
what a beautiful house so far Chance,The kitchen is so big and so much roomI love it❤. I like a lot of windows so much sun lite comes in🌞. Nice extra room, nice bedrooms and spaces,very nice

Nice home Chance love the granite counter tops definitely wouldn’t want it without those love the master bathroom tub and shower however I’d want 3 shower heads and a door to close on it as well love the exterior of this home as well it just needs a Garage LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

Hey Chance another great home tour of home with a lovely layout. I will have to say that I do like the LVP flooring I will say I would truly prefer the Red Oak that we have and put in our home when we built it 25 years ago and other than a few minor scratches on it, it is almost as good now as it was then. Even after raising 3 kids and 5 cats and dog in this home.
I really love the black and white kitchen but how it's just splashed throughout the house.

Love that range hood! Great dining area. Nice layout with all bedrooms a decent size. Wood shelves and racks! Not sure I would call that area a pantry, but it’s a great storage area. I like the master. Good choice as always, Chance!

Chance! What a gorgeous house! I tell you- if I won a little lottery, I would absolutely get this instead of a site-built house, after my sister's recent extremely annoying experience with building one. Having a 4/3 would be SO nice, and with a gorgeous pantry? Lordy. I love it. And the nice appliances!
