I really like this one! Add another cabinet to the right of the oven/cooktop in the kitchen and toss the microwave in there so you can open up that space above the cooktop, and I'd LOVE this place!
Lovely! Esp the master bedroom :) One thing I'd request/customize, if possible, would be to move the front door over to the dining area side of the home, vs the LR side. This way, there's more floor space for typical larger LR furniture pieces. It's a bit tight right now with the front door traffic path cutting into the area.
I love the copper colored metal outside. Also love the fact that they have ceiling vents! Yay!!! It's not my most favorite floorplan, but I really like this one a lot!!!

This one I really like. Great kitchen. Bedrooms the right size, not so big so wasted space. Four things I would change. Heat vents in the floor, carpet in the living areas, gas appliances and utilities, a seat/bench in the master shower. This is a great house.

As a wheelchair user this home is perfect. A ramp can be added to the front. The porch is a lovely area for some outside access and the livingroom/kitchen/dining area is perfectly accessible. It's modern and cosy at the same time. I love, love, love it. Its a winner for sure.

Love the layout. It looks so open and has a lot of useable space. The window coverage is amazing. I’m so sick of gray. I also don’t like the chopped off corners on the island and in the bathroom. Just round the or keep them square. The angle cut looks very 1970’s to me. And I know, because I was there! Also, cabinet hardware would make this look way more high end.
I like the kitchen. Trying to figure out why the couch is pulled so far from the wall??? Love the colors they are using in the mastrr bedroom! Biggest problem is the dinky closets in the bedrooms. The 'office' showed one of the problems of a house without a broom closet. Who is going to want the broom and dustpan stuck in their closet, as well as the vacuum, mop bucket, cleaning supplies, etc. Those things should be out of site and not dumped in the laundry room and getting in everyone's way. Every house needs a guest coat closet, a broom closet, a linen closet, and a storage closet for out of season items like a Christmas tree and decorations, winter coats, etc. Having those gives the whole house a nice decluttered look.
This has will have excellent curb appeal for sure! I love the master shower! I would definitely need a pantry!, it is very well built! Another plus is that it is built out of Fort Worth, Texas is a plus

For one i'd have a sauna or heater in the master bathroom because i would think people would get cold in the open shower, definitely put a glass door on it too. The front porch i'd enclose, and put a small a/c unit for all season enjoyment. probably do the back porch too so the guest of the master bedroom would be connect so the adults can have some private time out back to relax at the end of the day. Oh and i'd switch the tv to the door side too, I don't like my back being at the front door would like to see who is out there or coming in. I think that's the only things i'd change though.
I've started binge watching looking at these homes. There are many nice features, but something that I find strongly off-putting is the claustrophobic feel of the secondary bedrooms. I think that having a double window instead of a single would make those rooms feel much better.
If I owned that home, I would hire chance to keep all those windows clean. $191,000.00 is a bit much. I might pay $125,000.00 but no more. Gorgeous home.
The home is very nice, however like some of the other comments the living room is small. People do want to live tiny or kind of tiny but they still have people over and it's hard to entertain. My wife and I do want to live like this but it will need to be the right one. I'm sure there are several different models.
Wassup Chance? I'm behind, I love those front porches, I love to see a ranch style home with a front porch, fireplace and a walk in pantry, even if it's a corner pantry, with 2,000 or 3,000 squarefeet.
I MIGHT be able to do without a tub in the master but no way could I do without a PANTRY in the kitchen. Other than those two things, it is still a beautiful home.
I do like this layout, though I would have the island removed, for a detached, portable piece...giving a more flexible layout of living room furniture. Thinking of how I live...😊

I really like the look of this home, even the exterior. I have a difficult time wrapping my head around the cost. Just seems like too much when you factor in all the other costs, foundation, property, electric and plumbing hook up, taxes, and other fees. What size are the studs? I don’t like the hallway, seems quite narrow. The master bedroom is quite nice.
