This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Franklin Homes. The model for this home is the “Willow 2" This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,600(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Beautiful home. Elegant and spacious.
Love that you can't see the kitchen from the front door but it is still open concept. Love the pocket door for master bath - dislike those barn doors so am glad they are not in this setup. Colors and trim plus 9' ceilings..... amazing floor plan.

Finally, a kitchen that works for people who cook a lot!!! I haven't gotten through the rest of the video yet but the kitchen is always the heart of my home. When the kitchens have no counter tops, small pantries, and divided islands...they don't work for any major amounts of cooking, baking or large families!

Wassup Chance?! All this home needs is a pantry, I love the fireplace, I told my mom I would love to keep the stone work and make the fireplace gas or electric, and put the laundry room @ the end, also I'd like to have a screened in deck with a barbecue with counter space and a place for a picnic table that leads to a screened in gazebo with a built in wood fireplace with brick or stone around it with a mantel.
The cabinet at the end is a pantry, just not a walk-in.

YES! Finally, a home dressed up for Christmas, But it seems to be only on the outside! Would love to see a Christmas tree next to that beautiful fireplace! Maybe a little garland. You know, that homey, Christmasy look!
I think I would move the fireplace windows more toward the left. That would give room for thr pantry to be bumped out and go behind the refrigerator.

Two many windows in the kitchen take three of them out and and add cabinets
Lovely home. Tons of storage space, kitchen is to die for, floor plan is great. Only thing I would do is have a free standing tub in place of the dated built in in the master bathroom, and have kitchen cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling. Otherwise, the house is perfect.

Very Nide. Kitchen a bit much for me yet love all the windows. Imoressed with alk the usable closets xand that the water heate & furnace are at same location.

It has a tub in the master ensuite...yay. I really like the black and white cupboards and drawers in the kitchen. I also love the fireplace, I think, I would want an electric instead of firewood.

This is such a beautiful home. Not really a fan of the microwave location though. I believe the upper corner cabinets in the kitchen might have also been lazy susans so that kitchen might have had 4, but we'll never know haha. Thanks for the great tour of this gem. Cool house but the price tag is absurd unless you live in certain high value areas.
I actually like this model. Not too big, not too small. About the only thing I would change is the tub. I would like a free standing tub. That tub there looks too shallow and the range in the kitchen is too small. I would need a 6 eye gas range

Really nice, but I’m afraid I’m stuck on the first one you showed with Mr.Tiny. It’s really hard to beat.
One of my favorite layouts! Beautiful kitchen with a floor plan that isn't too open. Absolutely love it!
That master bath is perfect! Coat closet ✔️ Ceiling vents✔️ master not directly off the living room ✔️ the only thing missing is a pantry! You are not the only one who loves them 🤭
The tall cabinet right of stove is a pantry
I think that closet with shelves down from the kitchen could be used as a pantry.
Would definitely love this home if there was a walk-in pantry
Have fun keeping the tub /shower walls clean. Will get nasty in the groves. You Want a tile that is smooth like those smooth and even/level fiberglass walls, that are EASY to Keep Clean.
@janephillips3627 idk, I've kept grout clean, it isn't that hard. To each his own, I suppose.

I'd remove the carpet and put windows on the back wall in the 3rd bedroom, but truthfully, I love this house just the way it is!

The layout is very workable and good for hosting/entertaining.
Yeah, I'd be customizing the heck outta this house. First, I'd do a complete carpet delete and run the LVP throughout. Secondly, I'd change the cabinet colors throughout the home. I'd opt for a soft grey or a soft slate blue and dark grey combo. I'd opt for soft off-white metallic flecked quartz contertops on the perimeter and real butcher block on the island. I'd use the same combinations in the bathrooms. Thirdly, I'd enlarge the guest bath and put in a double sink vanity. Fourthly, I'd opt for a real tile surround and porcelain enameled metal tub in the guest and master baths. Fifthly and finally, I'd try to find space for a powder room around the utility room area and add one.

I love that house! That is my favorite kind of kitchen. I just love U shaped kitchens with islands in the middle. I don't think I would change a thing about the layout. These houses make me want to win the lottery more than ever now! lol.

Great tour, Chance. Love the floor plan , just a little too much sq footage for just me and my husband. The utility room needs a sink, though. And a microwave in a higher position, so you don't have to stoop over to see what you're doing .Thank you, Have a merry and safe Christmas 🎄

Its really nice but not $325,000 nice. No kitchen pantry, microwave practically on floor.
Franklin always puts out nice homes. I like everything about it.
Love that the plan you can't see the kitchen and the sink from the front door and living room. Prefer lighter or medium color Brick for fireplace going up to ceiling, not into shiplock (or whatever they call it). I don't care for a lot of Black or any black in my house. My laundry room, I would want a shower for my 5 dogs, so the wall would have to be pushed back, smaller master bedroom is fine for me. I'm sure cutting it 2 to 3 feet is not going to bother me, since I only sleep in it. My showers/bath walls would NOT have groves in it, too hard to keep clean, gets nasty. Prefer smooth like fiberglass tile, so EASY to keep clean. Would place a large, covered deck outside the dining room and kitchen with a swing, table, etc. Otherwise LOVE the PLAN and all the windows/house!
