A very easy, economical, satisfying and healthy vegetable dish recipe 😋🫠 You should definitely try this extremely delicious recipe ❗️ High source of protein and fiber, low-calorie 💯
Water glass size: 200 ml
Tea glass size: 150 ml
Ingredients:
1 water glass boiled chickpeas
1 water glass canned peas
1 large onion
2 medium tomatoes
1 red capia pepper
1 medium zucchini
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 dessertspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 dessertspoonful salt (adjust according to your taste)
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoonful tomato paste
Half a tea glass olive oil
To sprinkle on:
1-1.5 water glass grated toast (mozzarella) cheese
Preparation:
☞ Boil the chickpeas into water until they become soft. If you want, you can boil more chickpeas and put it in the freezer.
☞ Chop the onion, tomato, red pepper and zucchini coarsely.
☞ Put all the ingredients in a large bowl in the order shown in the video.
☞ Then mix well with your hand. It is important that the ingredients are mixed homogeneously.
☞ Then, spread the mixture on a suitable size (26 cm) baking tray with the help of a spoon.
☞ Wet the baking paper and shake off excess water. Cover the tray.
☞ Bake in a preheated 200 degree (392 F) oven until the vegetables are tender.
☞ Baking time may be different for each oven, bake in a controlled manner.
☞ 15 minutes before taking it completely out of the oven, sprinkle grated toast cheese and put it back in the oven.
☞ You can remove it when the cheese melts.
