We used to prepare most of the shown salads but haven't tried the mango & carrot combination. While imagining itself, my mouth gets watered. Your kitchen is simple & clean which I really liked. ❤

Just adding this here - salads recepies that are mentioned in the vedio written - thinking might be useful to refer quickly
Day 1 - Cucumber salad
Chop neatly washed and peeled cucumber, add little grated coconut, pinch of pink salt, little lemon juice, 1 green chilli just sliced into 2 pieces, nicely chopped fresh corriander and finally little dry roasted groundnuts.. Crunchy healthy salad is ready, can pack it in lunch box too
Day 2 - mixed sprout salad
Soak overnight a cup of mixed grains - like moong, brown chickpea, black headed beans, groundnut, etc what are available
Wash thoroughly next day and tie it in a cloth to sprout, keep sprinkling water occasionally.. After 24 hours, fresh sprouts are ready.
Let this boil in open for sometime in some water so that they are cooked but do not become mushy
Meanwhile can chop a tomato, few mint leaves, fresh corriander and a green chilli
Once sprouts are boiled enough, separate the water (this water can be used for cooking, soups etc- very nutritious)
Now to the sprouts, add the tomato, coriander, mint
Light tadka with little oil, few mustard seeds, green chilli chopped, little hing(that helps in digestion of the sprouts)
Enjoy this preferably without salt(if carrying in lunch box , carry salt separately if needed as adding that to the salad might leave water)
Day 3 - healthy chickpea salad
Overnight soaked black chana to be boiled to soft on open boiling water but not to mushy
Cut cucumber, carrot, onion to long slices
Add all this to the bowl along with boiled chikpea, then little pink salt, add light tadka with mustard seeds, cumin and a green chilli. Finally add fresh chopped coriander and then mix well and enjoy the colourful 🥗
Day 4 - cabbage sweet corn salad
Cut cabbage finely into thin strips(can use grater or shredder too). Boil little sweet corn to soft in open boiling water
Add these two to a bowl, add pinch of salt, little lemon juice, little coarsely grinded pepper and chopped fresh coriander.. Mix well and enjoy.
Great fibre content and helps lot in weight loss too
Day 5 - raw mango and carrot salad
To a bowl, as neatly chopped raw mango pieces, carrot pieces, pinch of salt, tadka with green chilli, mustard seeds and urad dal and finally chopped fresh coriander.. Mix well enjoy this healthy crunchy, tangy salad. Goes well with cool curd rice too 😀
Day 6 - broccoli and panneer salad
Take fresh broccoli florets(if not available, can take regular cauli flower too), take some sweet corn, now steam these two with water steam for some time
Meanwhile can chop the panneer to small cubes. Also scoop of the seeds from a tomato and cut it into pieces(can use the scooped seeds in rasam etc later). Also grate some ginger (not using green chilli or pepper here)
Once steamed and cooled, can move broccoli and corn to a bowl, add tomato, panneer, little bit of lemon juice and grated ginger
Mix well and enjoy this healthy salad(no need of salt). Very colourful one😀
Day 7 - fruits salad
Take water melon pieces, desseded pomegranate, apple pieces(when you cut apple ahead of time, just add some lemon juice so that it's colour doesnt change), sapota pieces, peeled orange small segments, some available dry fruits for crunchyness(badam, cashew, raisins)
Arrange all like shown nicely, add a pich of salt, little chat masala for chatpata taste, and little mint leaves.. Family is going to enjoy this( lot of fibre, vitamins, keeps us hydrated in Summers)

Mix well- accompany with curd rice
BROCOLLI AND PANEER SALAD
Blanched broccoli/ cauliflower

Tomato- scoop out the pulp and diced tomatoes
Grated ginger
Lemon juice
Mix well
Try to make your meal as colorful as possible. Enjoy salads
