Nice video. I’d like to see what you can do on a 93 file as we don’t get E85 in the UK. I’m running a IE stage 1 ECU/TCU in my S5 with an intake. IE advised me a stage2 doesn’t add any more power so held off adding a down pipe. It’s not so hot here that I feel I’m going to gain anything with a intercooler, most of the year round, although we are due to see 34°C on Sunday so don’t think I’ll be going out that day for any fast runs.
You'd be wrong with your assumptions on the intercooler. If you want maximum performance on a Stage 1 power level you need an intercooler. I already made a video of how much the IE intercooler dropped my intake air temps in cooler weather, on just a Stage 1 car with one bolt on part other than the cooler found here: ruclips.net/video/NrhcceF-Uzg/видео.html As for showing 93 results sadly I won't be able to help you out there. With our limited drag racing season I want to continually go quicker and not slower by using pump gas. If it helps I already did a video on the Stage 1 pump gas results found here: ruclips.net/video/Tqf8Ib7Rtq4/видео.html In that video the car would have performed even better with a more aggressive launch control.
What does the IE stage 1 93 pump only feel like driving around town? Is it smooth like unitronics or more aggressive like APR? Thanks man. Love your videos and wanting to choose a tune soon for my 2020 b9 s4. Eventually Bolt ons will come too.
Sadly I've never compared the drivability to other tunes. What I can say though is it is VASTLY improved over stock when running the Integrated Engineering ECU & TCU tunes.
Love the vid! Would you mind directing me to where you purchased those clamps for the charge pipe? I have the same one and want to upgrade it one day if it does decide to pop off. thanks in advance
Quick q: on a stage 1 91/93 tune, How much do you think the intake, inlet and intercooler is worth in the 1/4 mile? Looking at your other vids, it's looking like 0.4 to 0.5 sec, but not quite sure, as that sounds like a lot just for hardware on a stage 1 91/93 tune. Thanks in advance!
@@behindthebuild8016 I just found the video and watched it. It was his front diff. From what I remember, you don't really hear much of it. If you prefer noise over performance, I'd go with an open intake and then you'd hear it a lot more.

@@MeatloafMelvin from what I've seen the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 B9 S4's isn't much. I don't suspect I'll gain a heck of a lot more from a downpipe upgrade. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I'll be able to run a 10 without removing the interior like everyone else has. Keep in mind that others have had a WAY better DA than I have currently and have still all needed to remove their interiors to run 10's on a stock turbo.
@@VancityAudi Yeah, thats true. Stage 2 Bolt ons for me was a couple .1s of a second over stage 1, so who knows. You may have a special S4. Im not running 10s any time soon. DA is over 6000 here and 105+ degrees.

Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it!
Adam coming in with the great content again. Hats of to you sir impressive performance with a nearly stock car.
Thank you very much but it is far from stock now with multiple changes being made to the car to achieve this level of performance.

@@Rommellollis yes, I totally agree with that.
You forgot to mention your RS style grill, which as we all know, adds at least 10awhp. Congrats on the great street run!
