Love you!!! Just watched you on Kelly Hogan’s channel. All the info regarding hormones was incredibly helpful! Thank you so much. I’ve shared your video around the world!!!!
Put your ripe avocados in the fridge! You can also freeze them whole, pureed or in chunks(freeze on a parchment lined cookie sheet before bagging to prevent sticking together)! I buy them as hard and unripe as possible(bc people squish and bruise the ripe ones), bring them home, let them ripen for a few days on the counter and then immediately refrigerate or freeze when they're ripe. They have zero bruising and last weeks in the fridge, months in the freezer! This also allows me to only have to buy them once a month or so, but I buy about 30 and can take advantage of sales. I love using the frozen chunks to make a cold chocolate coconut avocado pudding! I also love making avocado key lime pie "ice cream"(blend coconut milk, avos, lime and/or lemon juice, monk fruit, salt, vanilla or vanilla keto/protein powder. Freeze in individual servings. Thaw for 10 mins before eating)!😊
Lol, love that bit about "there's no such thing as plant butter. Garbage plant fats like Canola", literally me, every time someone talks about plant fats and Vegan B.S. Yeah, refined, unstable, rancid fats really. With the exception of perhaps Coconut oil, as it is much like animal fat mostly all saturated fat. Hence it is chemically stable single bonded fat, filled with hydrogen, not double bonded that lets oxygen in, like double bonded plant fats. It's when you get down to the Chemistry that things start to be really clear why plant oils are garbage.
We are making transition to more glass. Is there a difference between storage bowls and the other plastics like the packaging from cheeses, meats, or prepared meals. We got glass water bottles then realized our 5 gallon water dispenser we rent is sitting in a plastic bottle. I don’t know how to get away from it all.
Plastic is “safer” if it’s not heated, if you get things that come In plastic you could always take it out, but don’t trade good for perfect, we just do the best we can. But NEVER heat Plastic
@@micks336 are you grinding them and soaking first? Do you have them with anything else? Is the issue experienced at any particular time of the day or on an empty or full stomach? An issue could be due to allergies or intolerance to seeds
I recently started the carnivore diet and am learning about the foods my body prefers. I drink lactose free milk, but am still having some bloat with it. Will you explain this here in a reply comment or in a future video? Thank you for all of the insight you share.
I tried to start a campfire at the clinic but it didn’t go over very well. I always prefer fresh or on the stove but my life doesn’t afford that luxury
You are the first doctor I have ever seen who is truly an inspiration
So kind of you

Those beef sticks look perfect for my hubby! I am going to try that mayo and some sauces for my beef bowls and eliminate cheese as much as possible. 👍
They are really good
Thanks
It’s always fun to check out fridges.

Those are my favorite pickles! We get ours at Costco. My 6 year old isn’t a fan though and he usually loves anything pickled.
They are the best! I am glad I discovered them!
They LOVE them
Love the fridge tour

Doctor Fit and Fabulous that would be great! Wear a coat and gloves lol.

I heard if you are using plastic for cold refrigerator or freezer storage it is ok. It’s the heat that’s bad? Interested in her response.
