hello good people my name is Calvin Dwayne Rufus from British Columbia Canada and i am a man who crochets and knits and i am damn proud of it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been watching several of your tutorials on shawls etc and the 12 gifts for Christmas. I appreciate the way you explain everything in detail. Thanks so much!
Best mitten tutorial for avoiding the huge dreaded holes!!! Thank you so much!!
I made these mittens using 2 strands of 4 worsted weight yarn, using an L hook. I'm proud of them. Now I will make a hat to go with these mittens. Merry Christmas. 🎄
So cool how yarn and a hook can turn into this
love my mittens and great video! very easy to follow! I appreciate it!
The mitts are lovely and the tutorial are quite straightforward as always. Thank you!
I have made my first pair of mittens thanks to the simple video. I made a few changes upon the measurements needed. Thank you !
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I was yelling at you when you got to the last 2 rounds as I hadn't even gotten to the top of my pinky yet, I'm starting to think I have abnormally long hands, but I just paused and kept on crocheting. They fit my teenage daughter perfectly though
Me too but their for my granny anyway
Very nice. Thank you for all the beautiful but quick gifting ideas. ❄
Lovely mittens, going to have to make them for the family
Looks much easier. Thanks.
I love this pattern It is super easy and you did a great job of explaining every step.
Thanks so much for your help using the pom pom maker. Your video was so easy to follow x
love this! but your written pattern says to work 2 hdc in each around in rows 3-5. i thought it was a trust the process situation but it was not haha
Just what ive been looking for! 😍
About to make these for myself 🎄🎁 thank you and merry xmas @fiberflux
This looks very do-able! Thank you!!!
My fingers are crossed. I hate my crocheted in many years and I think I am going to give this a try.
Very nice thank you so much......lots of love from Pakistan
Thank you for this video. It would help if you gave the number of stitches we should have with each round… and does the chain count as a stitch??
Beautiful 💞 love mittens
That was very helpful. Great gift idea!
Really super cute. Can you send us information on child size? I would love to make these for gifts for the kids in my family. Great stocking stuffer. Great video, keep 'em coming 🧡
Thanks! THIS IS MAGIC..
Thank you for the awesome tutorial
These are really cute!
I Love this pattern and tutorial, I made a pair of mittens for the first time for my sister she Loves them. How can I down size this for a child 10 years of age ?
These are really nice. I also have a question. Are you joining each round in the top of the Chain 2 or in the first half double crochet? I believe you said the chain 2 but it looks like you are joining in the first half double. Which is correct? Thanks!
Bought the pattern from Etsy. The round 2 of the hand part of the mitten says "work 2 hdc in each stitch around". Which is not what you say in video.
Bellissima grazie
❤️❤️❤️👍
How can I adapt this pattern for thinner yarn. I have some regular ones that would use like a 5 hook. I want to use up this yarn and try to donate to a local homeless shelter in the form or hats scarfs and gloves
Love 🤗
Hi is the right hand and left hand is the same crochet pattern
After I chain 8 and do the single crochet in each loops I end up with 7 stitches not counting the loop that's on the hook am I doing this correctly ?
Hi have you got video for toddler mittens please
Jennifer, I was making these and following your demo......noticed you specify the second round as one (1) HDC IN EAC STITCH
However the written directions say two (2) HDC in each stitch. Which is repeated for Round 3,4,5
I did the one HDC....but not sure how loose it should be...
Is it one or two? Thanks
I noticed that also
can you use a small hook so you won't see the hole
can i also use this 🤔in mittens for men?
Nice ♥️ 🙏✋
Is this pattern written out
Child size for 7 year old ?
How can these be made as oven mitts?
I have a Mandela thick and quick #6... can this be used? Many changes ? or won’t work.
Also definitely need pattern for toddler children and up
She's using a bulky yarn. Your yarn will definitely work!
Question, when you're doing the hdc rounds, are you crocheting into the same stitch as the ch or does the ch count as the first stitch?
I watched a video similar (except it was Koozies) and that lady said as she was starting a new round or hdc that two chains = one hdc at the start of a round
I followed it but it did not came out well at the end, problems are the size which yoh did not mention, the choice of half fouble crochet stitch was not a good choice because it makes big holes
