@@bodyfitness5189 Just finished day 2 btw, this exercise is easy, altough I will always obtain my goals to loose weight and get shredded to get those abs and 6 pack.
I just did this not counting the times I messed up and started over because I couldn’t keep going for 30s. Eventually I did them all in 1hr30m. I Wonder how many calories I burned 😅😅
