    Hi!, I'm trying to do the exercises of this video.✨
    I'm starting with 1.45 and I hope it works! Every week I will update my results.
    I'm not very flexible but I'll do what I can.
    Week 1: I'm tired, my legs hurt (I think it's because they bend)
    Week 2: I'm doing the exercises more easily, last week I took a day of rest. (1.45,2)
    Week 4 : Yesss!!, I grew up 1 CM!!!

    I did this exercise and grew 1.5cm taller within 2 days (Ik it's not alot but it is a start). Atm I am 160.5cm and my goal is 170cm.I will try this for 2 weeks and share my results
    Update:Hiiii yalll soz I was so busy with my exams that I forgot about leaving an update.
    After doing this exercise for 2 weeks with one breaks I grew 3cm taller (1 inch). Btw if you want instant results try drinking atleast 200ml of milk aswell as continuously jumping throughout ou the day (when no one is around obv).

    Upd: I did these exercises for two weeks (with breaks) and a few more days and I can say that they work! I only grew by 3 cm, but for me it is a good result! I will continue to do these exercises from time to time because they help not only in growth but also in good stretching of the body. I hope I can still grow ✨

    Day 1 was very painful and it hurt me the most in the part where one leg was supposed to be normal and the other was just sick (DONE✅)

    Hola, yo mido 5'1 (1.55) y mi meta es de 1.63, voy a hacer estos ejercicios todos los dias menos fines de semana, empezaré hoy por la tarde y actualizaré mi altura cada 5 días (lo haré por un mes) bueno gracias y les dejo saber pronto
    Bueno, una disculpa, se me olvidó actualizar mi progreso hize los ejercicios 8/13 días y ahora mido 5'2 (1.57-1.58), no es mucha diferencia pero algo es algo 🤓☝️

    Today is May 30th and I'm starting to do exercises. 3 times a day and hanging on the horizontal bar. I was born in 2010, my height is 150 cm, my goal is 167 cm

    Hi, everyone. I’m a girl (19 years old). Now my height is 164 centimeters, I want to try to become at least 5 centimeters taller ❤️
    ✅ 1 day - I did all the exercises twice that day
    ✅ 2 day - I did all the exercises twice that day
    ✅ 3 day - I did all the exercises twice that day. It’s hard and sometimes my legs hurt a little, but everything is okay
    ✅ 4 day - I did all the exercises twice that day
    ✅ 5 day - I did all the exercises twice that day
    +1 centimetre
    ✅ 6 day - I did all the exercises twice that day. These exercises became easier for me
    Important reminder: before this I practically didn’t do any sports and had bad posture. And now I don’t use any growth supplements.
    ✅ 7 day - I did all the exercises twice that day. Yay! This week was really hard, but I tried to do everything and now my height is 165. Sometimes it is really harmful to do exercises in dog pose ( 4:29 , 5:02 ). I will continue to do these exercises and write about my results here! Good luck for everyone!❤️

    Amazing exercise as always but it will be way more fun and relaxing with your voice and I used Shiydf while doing stretching exercises. It's unbelievable but i grew 2 inches in 3 months, never give up hope

    I did this exercises before and it was so helpful in 1 week i grew up 2cm so because of it was so helpful i tried it again and i was so shocked because i grew up 4cm in 15 days

    I want to know one thing. Those of you who say that you had a certain height and grew a few centimetres, before starting these exercises, how long have you not grown? So your growth had stopped, and now you have resumed it? I'm asking because I haven't grown in 2 years, I'm 16 now, and I would like with all my heart to grow at least another 5 centimeters.

    Снова привет. Прошло достататочно много времени с тех пор, как я бросила эту тренировку. Совсем скоро начинается новая школьная пора, поэтому, я снова здесь.
    На данный момент мой рост составляет 152,5 см. Результатами поделюсь через неделю. 😉

    Height- 156.4/5'1 Recent height- 158.6/5'2?
    Age- 13
    Goal- AtLEAST 161/5'3 (better if 165/5'4)
    Day 1- ✅Was pretty easy i felt a good stretch. i will do it until my goal, i am also doing another video of hers and its more focused on the legs so i think i will reach my goal. I will update tomorrow!
    Day 2-✅ I did it while listening to subliminals. I haven't seen any results yet.
    Day 3- ❌I thought i would do it after the le sserafim workout but there was no way i could move after that so i skipped. I measured myself and i am 157! that means i grew 0.6cm in 2 days.
    Day 4- ❌Rest day imma do it tomorrow
    Day 5- ❌ Painted my whole room i think that was more than a stretch lol
    Day 6- ❌ Still sore from painting and also a lazy day
    Day 7 - ✅ Finally did it after 4 days. I have 20 days until school starts 😭 Im gonna do the other video + a slim legs workout. Improvement: My left leg was harder to stretch than my right leg on first day but now they are even. if i grew 0.6 in 2 days than 20:2=10×0.6= i should grow 6cm for the next 20 days! i hope i will
    Day 8 - ❌My cousins came over and i had to babysit their kids. I dont think its my fault though
    Day 9- ✅ Tried another video to see the difference but they both had the same strecthes. My torso is a little bit longer than my legs and it looks bad, so im trying to grow my legs and not my torso. I will also listen to subliminals again
    Day 10- ✅ Not sure if it still counts but i did a slim & longer legs workout and again it had similar movements.
    ⭐‼UPDATE (After like 10-15 days): Sooo i havent updated in a while since i forgot about it and my school started so ❗i havent done it since day 10 ❗BUT I'm 157.6cm /(5'2?). Again, i grew 0.6cm lol. I think it was because i still did a few stretches i remembered when i was bored. Im gonna start doing this again because i got motivation from the results. Only 3.4cm away from my goal. See you laterr !!!

    ❣UPDATE AGAIN (after idk days): I didnt do it after day 12 before today. But i still grew 1 cm! im 158 now. I do think this exercise works but other than this (while not doing it) i drank lot of milk, ate fish, bar hangs, other exercises etc plus i casually grow taller because of my age soo.
    I will start doing this exercise again after today even though im not very sure if i will keep up with it because of school and stuff. Im very happy to look and be able to see my progress though!! i wouldve never noticed i grew 2 cm over the summer break if hadnt kept writing this so i will keep going until my goal 💌
    Day 14- ✅ Donee did it before sleeping (this comment became a whole paragraph loll)
    Day 15- ✅ Done, did before sleep again (i hope i dont give up i need atleast 2 more cm)
    Day 16- ❌ Started an ab workout so i skipped 1 week
    Day 17- ❌ ab workout again
    Day 18- ✅ Donee + did it with another grow taller workout ( Also i eat eggs EVERY morning!! )
    (Important for me: I will add 14!!! more extra days after i reach my goal because of the days i skipped)

      i am also doing this challenge and i hope you get results💞My tip for you is please don't skip doing it for no reason i have skipped 4 days and only 1 of them was for a decent reason. I really regret i skipped the days for no reason it seems like i wasted my day so unless you have a reasonable reason, do it!!
