Coach Dan , i have to say , you workout style has changed my life. I had a baby last year and wasn't able to workout correctly as i used to before my wife gave birth.
I was a crossfit specialist (competitions etc...) and i wanted to find sth to do daily, kinda short but effective.
And i found you, thank you for making me stay in shape , though i have less time since last year.
I'm repeating the 6weeks prog everyday non stop since last year
been letting myself go lately. trying to get back into working out can be hard but with tiff and dan i know i will not be dissapoibyed snd will be able to get a good workout in no matter what. love your videos!!!

Hey wanted to ask how many times a week should I do this to be able to see results and my core strengthened? I feel like my previous trainer made it seem like I had to do 30 mins at once for the ab exercises to be effective. Any suggestions?
it's ten minutes but it's hard workout i have ever seen it🤕 but it's helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

How many time should I do this in week
I recommend directly training abs at least twice per week. Personally, I do 5-10 minutes of abs in the morning just before getting dressed. Feels good to get abs out of the way first thing and I feel like it gives me momentum for the day.

Hey love the video. Question, what should I do when I fail every set, I just stop for maybe like 5 seconds and go to failure again and so forth? Is that a good method for making progress? It would be amazing to one day be able to go for the whole time on those !!
