    can you do like begginer upper workout? i lost a lot of strenght in my arms since i got sick(illness)and i need something to start over again

    Chyba wszyscy się cieszmy ze wróciłeś z powrotem do zdrowia. Na pewno nie było lekko, ale dobrze wyglądasz, masz super plany. Nigdy nie przestawaj robić tego co robisz :)
    Pozdrawiam z Niemiec. Niestety mam zapalenie w łokciu od około roku czasu. Z tego powodu musiałem przestać z calisthenics i wróciłem do maszyn na siłowni ..

      Your can't guess someone's daily caloric intake by just looking at them, one. And two, I'm 18F, 73kg and need at least 2700, he's a lot more advanced than I am, close to the same weight with more muscle mass- he definitely needs all 3500

      Yeah, that's because in order to gain I must go above 3500 kcal, maybe it does not look like because of my genetics which makes it quite hard to put size on and my BF remains low during bulking phase, but that's what I also prefer.
