Your can't guess someone's daily caloric intake by just looking at them, one. And two, I'm 18F, 73kg and need at least 2700, he's a lot more advanced than I am, close to the same weight with more muscle mass- he definitely needs all 3500
Yeah, that's because in order to gain I must go above 3500 kcal, maybe it does not look like because of my genetics which makes it quite hard to put size on and my BF remains low during bulking phase, but that's what I also prefer.

Why are you eating 3500cal you seem more of a 2300cal
