      Due to his very popular transformation he probably was the initial inspiration for many people.
      I remember watching him when i was 12 years old and since then i always wanted to train calisthenics, even tho i started 2 ½ years after that. He was the guy that got me in 💪

    i can do 22 pull ups row
    70___100 pushups in a row
    8__10 pull ups 16 kg weight in a row
    12__15 16 kg pushups in a row
    L sit
    front lever
    5'8 bar muscle up
    pistol squat sometime
    360 pushup
    explosive push up
    one arm push ups
    clap push ups
    is it good or not??

    M8 the quality⏫🔥. Background looking clean as f*** too. When you were going to perform wall walks I were a bit scared for the white paint, but luckely you took off the shoes😂👍. Loved the video!

    Love the video but how much reps I should start ? For Example of I do 20 pushup at one time I should do 4x15 ? My biggest problem is with the reps. If I didn't do enough Im not growing if I do too much I got enjured

    hey darek, I was about 3 months in on and off compound weighted workouts then broke my big toe and have come off 9 months of injuries to my hands and fingers I dislocated 2 bones in my hand and shattered my wrist and snapped my metacarpral bone and snapped the tip of my finger and sliced my tendon on my index finger which I wasn't able to get 100% mobility back on. I can still perform all my previous exercises but I have recently been wanting to get into calisthenics for health reasons but unsure if my body can keep up. can I still achieve my goals with calisthenics with all these injuries that are now healed and still healing
