      @rautmannalex804 3 года назад +1

      @@athenashorts3475 I was progressing really good. Ealier this year I was traininh with rings in the park and achieved being able to do multiple muscle ups and 17pullups/51pushups/15Ring Dips. During this time a was also cutting weight so I was like 11% bodyfat. I also started training for the frontlever and made some really fast progress. Sadly I then injured my right elbow during a muscle up so I wasnt able to train for 8 weeks. Now I am currently trying to slowly get into training again whilst still getting treatment for my elbow. This is quite frustrating as I am now able to do like 3 sets of 6-7pullups instead of 4x10 and muscle ups. During my recovery time I am currently not focusing on Calisthenics and using a lot of machines so I can isolate muscle groups without damaging my elbow more. The elbow injury was rather unfortunate but shits happens. I will continue rebuilding and hopefully get back to training front lever and handstand Pushups at the end of the year.
      How is your training going?

    How are they done? Do I make one set of pull ups - rest - set of pull ups...
    Or is it one set of pull ups - rest - push ups - rest - dips and so on...
    Or am I doing a set of all exercises - rest - repeat?
    It seems like every tutor is telling different things on that.
    What would the community recommend to a beginner?
    Sry for bad language, English is not my native language ^^

    You definitely can build strong and big legs with calisthenics.
    Have you tried pistol squats or shrimp squats?
    Have you tried doing them on an elevated object? It's not easy and these progressions are hard enough to stay in 'strength' range (1-5 repetitions) :)

      Dzbanek Yes I have and still stand by with what I said in video. The intensity will be not high enough to get optimal progress at SAME POINT and of course you can get a volume to grow them but by working high reps that is going to be really ineffective in LONG TERM perspective. As I said you can develop decent strength and some muscle mass but after sometime each of us will notice that it’s not the best way to train legs and can be easily optimized by additional weights. But the choice is up to one’s! :)

      Of course it's not optimal in the long term but by the time the intensity of these exercises is not enough for someone, they would already, as i said, have rather big and strong legs. Don't you agree?
