      Thanks brother. Im 174cm and starting weight was around 65kg, right now im at 70-71kg

    Super balanced workout, I love it. How much rest were you doing between circuits? Regardless sending strength brother, thank you for being a guiding light.

      It's pretty much individual, if you want to make it within 20 minutes then probably around 2-3 minutes :) It may happen you'll need more time to regenerate if you're not into endurance training
