    ◆ For Dough Ingredients 糕皮食材 ◆
    150g Spinach 菠菜
    ¼ tsp Baking Soda 食用苏打
    100ml Water 清水
    400g Glutinous Rice Flour 水磨糯米粉
    250ml Water 清水
    30g Caster Sugar 白糖
    10g Rice Flour 粘米粉
    4 tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油
    ◆ For Filling 内馅食材 ◆
    500g Taro 芋头切丝
    3 tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油
    100g Shallot Slices 红葱片
    30g Dried Shrimps 虾米
    100g Chinese Mushrooms 香菇
    150g Minced Pork 肉末
    50ml Water 水
    ½ tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
    ½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    2 tsp Sugar 砂粘
    2 tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油

    ¼ tsp Ginger 姜
    20g Garlic 蒜末
    100g Minced Pork 肉末
    200g Preserved Vegetables 梅菜
    1 tbsp Sugar 白糖
    1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    Dash Of Sesame Oil 麻油
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
    ½ tsp Thick Soy Sauce 老抽
    2 tbsp Water 清水
    ★ For Dough 皮料 ★
    160ml Beet Root Juice 甜菜根汁
    3g Instant Yeast 即溶酵母
    300g Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
    40g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    3g Baking Powder 泡打粉
    15g Lard 猪油
