Its fun to watch you two take on this project. Janelle has stepped up to the plate when Hollie had life change the plan.
Fantastic work!!
Janelle did real good with work on Ram Charger we like your painting like the color,s👍👍💯
paint job nailed👌
What happen to hollie
@@ernestopadilla5382she got hurt in a roll over
I think you knocked it out of the ball park with the colors! Great way to acknowledge Hollie. You and Janelle have done a freaking amazing job on this.
Pretty cool how Janelle has become your build partner. It's interesting to see what's she's capable of and I'm sure gives her an great feeling of accomplishment. Plus it goes with the ol saying "the couple that plays together, stays together."
Awesome build, you two are what makes these videos great. Don’t sell yourself short Janelle, your doing an amazing job. Ruby is a lucky guys to have had you at his side to jump in and keep his build going… best of luck.
RUDY !!!!
@maruiacancer6 trolling everywhere...
Y’all got the couples goals going on. I know it’s not easy working together always and there will be times but it will make you stronger.
Rudy be sure to be patient with Janelle. She's there because she wants to help you and see you succeed not because she has to. The Ramcharger looks great, good job y'all! 🤙
Janelle on camera doesn't seem the type to try anyone's patience.
Also she seems to be getting more comfortable talking on camera.
I think it's really cool that she wants to help out and learn, definitely seems like she's willing to do whatever and seems to pick up on stuff really quickly. I like seeing her doing welding and stuff. she Prepped this thing for paint nicely, that can be tedious work
Rudy, please send Janelle home!
I'm kidding, you two are great.
@@caseyrenner7024k , sass wkd
@@caseyrenner7024 She is going become a top star with rudy's guidence and she is a fast learner & cute too !
It looks good. FYI: It looks like you have found a keeper. It seems like great chemistry between you and her. 👍 Good to see your brother helping out recording, hope he's having a great recovery and everything working out from it too.
I was a little scared of the colors at first but at the end of the video, the Rad Charger looks awesome!
Hey Colin! I hope that all is going good with your recovery!!👍
I think you two did a great job. It's unique. Honestly, it grew on me by the end. Looks good! Be proud of that rig!
You’re going to pull the S10 and Lexus out on the same winch pull. You’ve got this Rudy and Janelle. No pressure. Just solid welds. Get ‘em.
I'm impressed. It's great to see you two working as a team. My wife was always in the thick of things when we were young and capable.
I love the paint job, it has a real late 80s early 90s feel. It's super rad!
Rad? Rudy's Adventure and Design
No pun intended 😂
All purple With yellow details would be awesome!!!
You guys did an amazing job. Your abilities as a fabricator are second to none. Janelle is amazing as well i think you 2 make an awesome team. Good luck in the challenge you guys definitely have my vote.
Janelle is the best helper a guy could ask for. I love seeing her get more confidence in what she's doing.
RAD makes a Monday morning better.
Absolutely!!
It's true, it's true! It's damn true!
totally agree and Chad's Fab! I usually watch one right after the other!!
I think you mean Rudy makes mondays RAD… 😜😂
Looks Good Rudy & Jan. I like the colour, and the tiara. I would say it's even Hotweels worthy.
At first sight I didn’t think there was any way that paint could look good, but wow! It’s awesome! Nice vision!
All around thumbs up! Paint job fits an 80s era build, the roof rack gives a pompadour hairdo look, and the sound-deadening is a great idea for creature comfort. I also love seeing you guys work together. 21 years married and my wife and I are still learning about working with each other.
Paint looks great! Stand out from the crowd.
I think it turned out pretty sharp Rudy. Jenelle sure ain't afraid to jump in and get her hands dirty.
You two make a good team an should be proud of each other.
Best of luck at the games Guys ! Stay safe and Bless Y'all ! ✌️❤️🙏
Janelle has done a lot of great work on the RAD Charger build. It would be great to see you and Janelle wear personal protective equipment (PPE) like hearing and eye protection when you're working on projects. Matt is using PPE (without complaining) on his channel.
Excellent work, Rudy you should remind yourself everyday how lucky you are to have a relationship with Janelle. I like the paint too.
You 2 are great to watch. For a 1st time painter, it can out pretty good. Now it just needs a couple rock scrapes to make it official.
Sifting to B/W was especially devious ;) You are doing a great job building your brand.
Came out great! You need to have Janelle co-host your channel more often. You guys make a good team!
I enjoy your post, most of all the ones I watch. I am close to house bond, and looking fourd to my 83rd birthday your paint job is way cool. A hent, when using a hole saw a light touch will save the drill. Keep up the great work.and THANKS!!
That color is awesome! Keeping the patina and the original color isn't a big deal when you're fully building a rig like this. I wish Holly was able to help finish building this for her sake, but it's been great watching you two get this done together. Keep up the great work!
Also, the roof rack looks sweet!
28:55 - Look at that healthy/supportive relationship! Paint color rocks!
Colors are awesome. Overall damn good job!! Janelle, you did an amazing job on the headliner and carpet as well as the bondo work! Can't wait to see the rig in action
Dang - you both have done a fantastic job on this Ram - you should both be very proud of your efforts. You have a great approach to working around things and the results show: cant wait to see it out on the trail. Great video :)
How cool to watch this whole thing come together. You guys make a great team and you build one hell of a fishing lure if all else fails!
Rudi, this is the best (lookin) rig you've ever build so far. You truly can be proud 🎉
Rudy dives in deep and paints a rig...his Rad Charger...some cool, rad colors for the first time ever...and it comes out WAY GOOD for an inexperienced amateur painter. What was that you were saying about having "confidence" in what you are doing and that it will improve the vehicle, Rudy? Now you're a rig painter (and we're sure you could do pretty decent body work also). It turned out GREAT, it really looks GOOD! 👍
Rudy, DO NOT LET THAT WOMAN GO! She's gorgeous, smart, hard working, creative, and she loves to do what you love to do. She's a keeper! Love that Ram Charger too. You're a very talented young man and your parents must be proud as hell of you. Keep up the awesome work!!!
You guys are doing an amazing job together on the RadCharger! Working together is a dance. And you two get better every day. Congratulations on the rig build and relationship build!! Winning!!! Party on you two 🤙🏻😁
One guarantee when using holesaws with sheet metal is breaking pilot bits... I've drilled thousands of holesaw holes as an electrician and best practice is to use a 1/4" bit to drill all the pilot holes first before you get the holesaw near it! You'll still break some bits, but significantly less. I know this is too late now, but info for future projects!
Janelle, you might THINK some of your tasks are trivial, but they are an essential part of the big picture. YOU GO GIRL! 👍
I like the colors, looks great. Nice to see Janelle, she is doing a great job. The roof liner turned out super.
When the color was first revealed, I HATED it, but now seeing it done, it has grown on me and looks really good. Glad to see you both going out of your comfort zones and making it work REALLY well.
His brother said it best. All the rest of the off-road vehicles will be either black or rusty. This will pop, making it stand out.
The Rad Charger looks amazing,,,, i like the colors,,,, and the beefy roof rack with LED Ridgid lights... Good to see Collin hobbling around on the end of the camera,,,, smooth recovery bud.
That headliner is banging with the cage. Gives it a custom finished look. Well done
I just love the fact that Rudy is almost never seen with a tape measure in his hand. I wonder where he gets that from? And as for Janelle's headlining, that is just the icing on the underside of the top of the cake. Perfick!
Thing looks pimp! Love the color. I questioned it at first.. but seeing the truck all together. It looks awesome. Good luck!
Love watching you two I know it"s not easy working with your partner. You can be very proud of the work you have done!!
Sick rock sliders. Sick colors. Sick girl.
I love how it's you 2 doing this and not a full crew, looks great and loved the headliner
Wow! Although you are a bit critical (and I can see why) this is a damn good looking rig! Your bold color played out completely and looks great with the black roof portion and the roof rack is awesome too! I like how you make your rigs look cool without making them appear aggressive or impractical. Awesome job!
Thus was an absolutely awesome episode! Love the paint scheme, and Janelle is incredible!
Rudy, the rad charger looks awesome bro. Colors hit just right and it's all done by you.
Rudy, we love you, man. Janelle…bravo. You are awesome. Watching you two do this build is fantastic.
We need this dynamic duo.
Great to see Kaulin up and about. I hope his recovery comes very soon.
Rudy you are a very talented man. you and Janelle make a great team..
Good Luck with the event.
If you put a light behind the "RAD CHARGER" plate would it project it on the ground in front of the truck?
Might have to play with the angle and the distance to get it to project, might need more distance than is possible, but a light behind that plate would definitely look sick either way.
21:41 expertly done Janelle, Layton Autobody would be proud !
I love the roof rack and the lights, you've built a sharp RC in a short amount of time.
VOTE THIS TEAM ON THE UA PEOPLE!
Enjoying your videos. Suggestion for the polished metal…spray paint it with clear to keep it shiny.
LOVE the build! I put a ton of miles on a 1983 Ramcharger - it was our family adventure vehicle when the kids were young. Really enjoying watching your plans for an old Ramcharger unfold.
Janelle Freaking ROCKS! She has been a wonderful addition to the channel and is a great worker and it's very cool Rudy has a quality girlfriend that supports his work and seems to enjoy the lifestyle which is a huge bonus. I'm so happy they work well togehter and they both are entertaining in their own special ways. Keep up the great content!
Everyone needs the right tools, a good brain, resources, and a Janelle! She's fabulous!
If I was in Utah, building an off-road rig, I'd have Rudy build the roll cage, have Robby paint it, then get it so stuck that it took both Rory and Matt to get me out. 😂😂
Edit: This is a great paint job, but I'd want to hit those channels.
So Paul is just chopped liver?
@@MrAlsbrooks😆😆😂😂
Man you did a lot of work in this one, condensed to 33 min. Thanks for bringing us along.
Guys the rig looks great... and Janelle is kicking some serious butt! She definitely should be very proud of herself.
Janelle, your work on the carpet and headliner was great. In my younger days, I worked at a van customization company, Rodco Vt Inc. This was in the late 70s/early 80s. The carpet laying was great. You did cut the carpet a little longer than the exact fit, but that makes perfect sense. You can always trim excess off, but it is quite hard to add on and make it look right. The headliner was built differently than we did, but the method you used was excellent. The placement of the headliner cover was perfect. I know just how hard it us to get the cover on without wrinkles. That is a fantastic job. Congratulations on a very well done job.
A lot done for 1 video! 💪 Looks cool😎
You two make such a good team, and couple. I love this build, and the color scheme. Quite a change from the original pickup video. Ya'all nailed it !!
Great color scheme Rudy! Janelle is the heartbeat of the channel. When the content slows down, Janelle is there to bring our interest back up and continue to watch the video. Best of luck in the Onx offroad build challenge!! You will have your victory PIE!
I just love the way you two work so well together. Most other shops have hired help. You two just make such an awesome team. The RAD Charger is looking great.
You're content has come a long way Rudy and you and Janelle make a great team! Good luck with the contest!!!
The gold paint looked good, but the new colors look better, personality plus!
Robby Layton is going to be jealous of the paint job !!! Great job on the build - the
Radcharger looks like a fun project....
If I have to say, that is one of the best looking Ram Charger Paint jobs I have seen in a LONG time. Great Job..
Looks great! Y’all are doing an awesome job. Totally gives an 80’s trapper keeper vibe that I totally love. You two make a good team and the love shows. Thanks for what y’all do
What hole saw ended up working best?
Miss you working with your Dad but you two make a great team and inventive fabrication.
That headliner turned out awesome Janelle!! Rudy, the roof rack gave me some yachty vibes but the lights leveled that out as well. Great work y'all!!
Don't forget to vote for team RAD on ONYX, they could use all the help they can get to pit them back in first place.
Color scheme looks great for this rig. You and your dad both do an awesome job of inspiring me, and I'm sure others, to do things we normally wouldn't. Thanks for that.
Tip for the hole saw. Either predrill with a 1/4 bit. Or use a large quarter inch washer over the pilot bit, to drill the pilot hole then remove to use hole saw.
Janelle really adds to the channel. Hope to see her more in future videos..
Not going to lie i thought you might keep it the way it was 😂😂😂 but i love it bro
It is looking Fantastic! You and Janelle make a great team.
My wife says Rudy & Janelle are a cute couple I say you make a great team that work well together great job stepping up & finnishing this build when Holli had her accident, Radcharger has a snappy paint job and a rugged crawler vibe going on will definitely perform and stand out, great video thank's for sharing God bless ❤😎👍
l love seeing Janelle step in for Hollie, She is doing a great job!
The chuck on the drill is literally made for Holesaws, set chuck to like 6 when pilot it goes through and holesae catches it will stop the drill. Then set chuck to drill and then go with holesaaw.
One of your best videos yet, lots of progress and great content here. Love how Janelle is grabbing more and more and being totally crushing it.
Working on projects as a couple could be challenging sometimes, but once you get through it.... it's a mazing!
Dear Rudy and Janelle,
Greetings from Chile! I want to sincerely congratulate you on the amazing work you've done building the impressive "radcharger." As a mechanical engineer, I've followed every step of this exciting project through your videos. I deeply admire your dedication and passion for what you do. From the MORR days until now, I've been a loyal follower of Rudy, but I must say that Janelle has completely won my admiration on this channel. Her hard work, infectious joy, and inner and outer beauty shine in every episode. I encourage you to keep creating videos and building incredible projects. I'm excited for every new piece of content you share!
Warm regards from Chile and congratulations again!
Looks fantastic Rudy and Janelle. You’ll definitely deserve to win this competition. Hands down the best rig!!
Love how the truck looks. Very nice.
Hay Rudy! I think painting the Rig is a Great idea. Sure i may have done slightly different colors but painting is better than rust. Channel your Bobby Layton 😊 and I think end of the day what you showed us looks good especially for a rookie painter. Nice work all in. 👍👍👍
Love the color scheme ! Reminds me of the mid 80's to early 90's truck scene. Big lifts , big tires , wild colors !
Rudy and Janelle, you did a great job making it functional and looking good inside and out! Excellent!
Is it June 2023 again? Luv the Bud 💡color scheme. I can appreciate all the work and time. Nothing about all that work is easy!!!! Sorry should have waited until the end… Badass it came together!!!!! Forget what I said
It looks like an Ensoniq FIZMO synthesizer from around the year 2000. They were purple with a blue slash across the panel. I LIKE it!
Janelle is a trouper! She's gorgeous, talented and very helpful.
Looks great! Janelle did a kickass job too! You guys should be proud of yourselves
Great job guys, like the build process. Rudy , you need to encourage your viewers to VOTE for you on the challenge EVERYDAY, I have. You have the best optioned vehicle to compete, so please ASK for those votes
Dude that headliner looks stellar your wife is so awesome and helpful
When you first started this project I was a little bummed that you guys were tearing up such a cool truck BUT at this point, I like it. The paint took a few seconds but I like Vaporwave styles and this is definitely in that realm. I think it looks cool!
I love it. Don't be afraid to be a little showy. The whole build is great. It's something I would like to do. Grab a vehicle that doesn't fit the mold and do it.
Rudy! A hole saw tip. The super hard brittle drill bit that breaks constantly when the saw teeth grab is a complete design failure! The solution is this: You permanently replace the hole saw mandrel center with a long 1/4" Grade 8 bolt you've harvested the unthreaded part out of. The bolt will never snap off or bend but will center perfectly without ever reaming the hole causing wandering. Then, simply, drill quarter inch holes where ever you want the hole saw centered. Never break the center again. I figured this out after snapping off three centers in one hole. :/
