Doug is a real handy guy to have in the house, he turns out pieces as fast as Chad can weld them on and everything is caught on camera by Jolene great team. Plus of course Nathan making the mechanicals work.
Human creativity !............. at first glance it looks like your building an aeroplane ! .................. great work all of you ! keep on keeping on !
I'm glad the flat stock around the wheel opening wasn't tilted out. Just hope he caps the bottom of each end. I like Jolene's decision on the bumper width.
This is a mad project, you have to appreciate the vision and hard work that goes into Chad's builds, to change direction mid build, adapt and maintain belief. Sometimes I can't believe it's possible but his positive message anythings possible is inspirational. In England we build super cars in sheds in Leicester, we hand engineer every nut and bolt , it's our dna, Chad takes it to the extreme. Bonkers Genius.
The front grille is angled and the bumper bars should be cut at an angle that corresponds to that angle of the grille, also the wheel well opening. Tight and right, eh Chaddie. Doug is getting better at telling Chad about a possible mistake, and so he should bring it to Chad's attention.
Hey Chad and Jolene. Love the videos. I watch ever day. Me and the family are in Nova Scotia for a couple of weeks, so we may knock on your door to say hello, if that’s ok. If not, we’ll just honk and wave when we drive by.
Looking awesome with the bumper going on. Really taking shape. Doug cracked me up when he said "I'm good stuff, I'm the best" when he brought the other round piece he bent. Awesome video Jolene!!
In the 1930s, Texaco introduced the Texaco Doodlebug, a futuristic-looking tanker truck. While the Doodlebugs did what they were supposed to do - carry gasoline to and from gas stations - they were also a publicity stunt to modernize Texaco’s brand look.The exact number of Doodlebugs produced is unknown, though some sources claim that only six units were ever made. Due to its shape, some people at the time said that the Doodlebug reminded them of either a pill or a loaf of bread.{ This is the add with the picture}
Hello Chad, Jolene, Doug, and Fina I hope everyone is doing well. Chad everyday the look continues to improve. I am really enjoying this big build, it still has quite away to go and I personally don't have a problem with that, I think I will miss this project when it is done! I love that you rarely say anything to the doubters you just continue to prove them wrong. Jolene great work today besides the awesome video I think you made good choices today on the Bugatti Hauler, I like your choice on the wheel opening moldings and the width of the front bumper. I hope you guys are able to keep Doug around he is a great addition, he learns fast and is getting better with the work that he is needed for every week. As others have said he is hilarious at the right times. Fina was on duty today with two roles one was as a guard dog as usual and she also appeared to be working as inspector Fina for awhile. Jolene one more thing get Chad a creeper so he does not have to crawl around on the floor it will pay off as he gets older concrete is really hard on the joints and back. I know he is to thrifty to ever buy one himself!
Like the work. I think you coulda ground the top section to fill the gap better. Maybe hit it with a disc to fit the curve. Like a puzzle.... Love your work and keep doin what you do.
Hey Jolene and team Hiltz . How's everyone doing ? Thoes that are effected by the flooding ? Prayers and best wishes to you all . The doodle bug is going well for Chad he's a really great player fabricator and car builder . Thumbs-up guys ! NS will dry up and the water will reseed and all will be back to normal again praying 🙏 soon I hope !
Wow every piece you do to the bugatti hauler seems to make a big visual difference to it and I think it's looking awesome. At some angles it looks like the front of an aeroplane ✈ lol your all doing an awesome job building the bugatti hauler. Keep up the great work all of you 👍 👏
As a sculpture this is ok. Practically, like the green goblin, how do you get in or out of this structure. Cant wait to see how a tyre would be changed at the side of the road. I can only watch a few minutes of this at fast forward with the sound off.
What have built from scratch anything???? I have never built anything myself from scratch but I’ve have restored two vehicles and it was so when Chad build from I am always amazed because I don’t money or time so I really enjoy watch him create vehicles
Seeing this hauler makes me think what a fantastic piece of auto history this will become as the decades go by. Just the Chad and Jolene aura behind this and the others will make these builds sought after classics. Throw in a TV or movie build or two and that would seal the deal. We are seeing magic here.
great work again, glad the weather is a little better, the truck is coming along now and taking great shape , really looking forward to see the end product thanks guys for the video much appreciated as always
Hi again Bad Chad and Jolene from the D Michigan hey the Motor city 😎 Chad thanks for your time and Jolene for your video, I love your design for your Texaco, also your structural support, well done 🤩🔥👍😎😁✅
I think the front dual wheel idea could work if Chad simply has the two wheel rims bolted together correctly but only fits a tyre on the outside rim and leaves the inner one just as a spacer ?
the plastic sign that Chad is laying on has saved my clothes on the side of the road many times . I always kept one in the back of my suv and folded in half for the trunk of my wife's car. keeps the carpet clean when hauling rusty gold home.
Dear Bad Chad, Jolene and all the crew, I want to send out my heart filled wishes to all the flood victims and any one affected by mother nature's wrath. It is sad to hear people have lost their souls. I hope to help with donations or any support at all. Best wishes, keep up the great spirit and stay healthy.
The Doodlebug is coming along very nicely. Doug and Nathan are doing a great job. I enjoy the way Chad designs on the fly. Jolene is doing an outstanding job with the camera. Keep up the great work! I really enjoy watching your channel.
Looking good, I'll be looking forward to the Bad Chad chrome being applied. That's a ways off yet, but I'll bet Chad has already pictured it in his mind.
I understand why these builds don't get fully completed right away, but in this case it would be nice to see it done and ready to haul the Bugatti once it's painted, that doesn't see too far away, and would take every trophy offered at any show entered! LOVE IT!
looking cool, in the last couple minutes of tonight's video when looking at the top of the window trim, what do you think about following the contour of the roof line? I think it looks too straight? can't wait to see it finished! very cool!
This build is incredible!!! I love how chad takes an idea out of his mind and makes it a reality. Jolene takes what is happening in real life our reality on video. Both artists, both amazing people.
Great work again Gang. Suggestion - I was thinking for the wheel well skirt, how about doing the same as the bumper, except maybe 2" - i.e. add another section of square stock spaced 2" out further around the first piece. That would look good and provide more interest as well as continuity of style.
Bang that top piece on the ground to increase the radius and only tack it when it fits the sheet metal radius. You do not want stress on the sheet metal.
With patterns being so important it would have helped to have them when rolling the pieces for the front so they could be tuned up and put in place. I am some what confused on what he called the bumper.. I guess my definition of a bumper isn't one that is welded onto the sheet metal. I must have miss understood although I backed t up a couple of times. The Bugatti hauler just keeps getting more interesting every day. It really will look cool when it's done. Getting in won't be a problem for Ched but, I would really have trouble climbing into it. I'll keep watching to see how the windows are done. If I remember right I think Chad said they'll be Plexiglass. That should make it really easy to curve around the shape of the hauler !
In the beginning of the project you measured the width and, as I recall, you were within 1 1/2” of being to wide. You are adding an inch on each side. Please recheck the width. This has been a great build.
Just an observation. How do you get around not building a crush zone into the front of this vehicle that all other modern vehicles have to have to pass crash test code's. I have just completed a vehicle which had to have this built in to pass. Just wondering.
RATHER THAN A FLAT BUMPER I THINK A SLIGHTLY ROUNDED BUMPER WOULD LOOK MUCH BETTER …..🤙😎
QUEEN JOLENE
NEEDS A MICROPHONE ON
SO WE CAN HEAR AND UNDERSTAND HER MELODIOUS VOICE AND SUCH WISDOM AND ALSO INTELLIGENCE
When this Hauler and Bugatti are finished they will blow up the internet they are game changers keep up the good work Chad and co ✌🏻🏴
Doug is a real handy guy to have in the house, he turns out pieces as fast as Chad can weld them on and everything is caught on camera by Jolene great team. Plus of course Nathan making the mechanicals work.
On holiday in Greece still can't miss bad chad 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷
Human creativity !............. at first glance it looks like your building an aeroplane ! .................. great work all of you ! keep on keeping on !
I'm thinking that you may have some visibility issues (blind spots) with the width of the flat bar between the windows.
May I suggest putting a sign on the door letting people know when you're filming. Some of them will respect it, some won't.
He could put up an 8 ft.high electric fence. Someone will find a way in. I believe he has no tresspassing signs posted. Some people just dont get it.
I like the front end on the Bugatti Truck, really cool.
Always good to see Douglas in the house. The hauler is looking better everyday. Thanks Queen Jolene for the awesome camera work.
Doug is in fine form this evening. 😂Need to keep on the show as he’s hilarious. Love the look of the hauler.
I'm glad the flat stock around the wheel opening wasn't tilted out. Just hope he caps the bottom of each end. I like Jolene's decision on the bumper width.

Of all the millwork and or customized trucks or cars done by anyone I have viewed , this is hands down my favourite.
The front grille is angled and the bumper bars should be cut at an angle that corresponds to that angle of the grille, also the wheel well opening. Tight and right, eh Chaddie. Doug is getting better at telling Chad about a possible mistake, and so he should bring it to Chad's attention.

Good to see Doug helping you and Jolene today the truck is looking good 👍

Are you going to add bracing on the bottom and back of the boxes you built? I was just wondering because it will not hold anything heavy as it is.
The front end looks good with the bumper. Going to look great.
The Bugotti hauler is really looking nice!! I am enjoying the build. Great Idea, talent, plan, workmanship.
AWESOME!
Exactly like Chad says😊😊
Amazing teamwork between the 3 of you.. Loving it ❤❤

Good job today Chad and Doug and not to be forgot, Jolene for the videos.
Chad will make the openings for the windows the correct size to match the model. Jolene makes great videos. Doug and Nathan are working hard too.
On that shaper/bender that Doug is using, make/fabricate/incorporate a much larger wheel which would make it much easier to turn.
As a sculpture this is ok. Practically, like the green goblin, how do you get in or out of this structure. Cant wait to see how a tyre would be changed at the side of the road. I can only watch a few minutes of this at fast forward with the sound off.
I like the looks of the bumper an wheel chad,,sure takeing shape,,hi to chad an Jolene an fina an Doug,,luv you guy’s,,👍👍😀
It's look like an airplain with big tires. Love it.😊
Looking very good Chad and Doug and Jolene
I like how you can fab with just a vision in your mind; A true artist.
Nice submarine 🫡
He is very good but he never finishing anything he start I love see something he does complete
He has a bunch of done vehicles. These are the RUclips channel builds.
What have built from scratch anything???? I have never built anything myself from scratch but I’ve have restored two vehicles and it was so when Chad build from I am always amazed because I don’t money or time so I really enjoy watch him create vehicles

Great work 👏. Really taking shape now. What a team you 3 are.
I'm just curious what you and use the baffle the noise from the engine. To me it would be like being inside a church bell 🎐.
Keep going guys
I agree with Jolene the bumper gap is spot on
You impress me very often. Salute to you two.
Good job Chad and Doug keep up the amazing work. Good job on video work Jolene 👏 👍 ❤❤.
Good job Chad and very pleased with you keep up what you are doing now.
Another accomplishment well done!!! Awesome 😎 😊
Hi again Bad Chad and Jolene from the D Michigan hey the Motor city 😎 Chad thanks for your time and Jolene for your video, I love your design for your Texaco, also your structural support, well done 🤩🔥👍😎😁✅
Imagine how many projects Chad has done with that one welder 🤔
I think the front dual wheel idea could work if Chad simply has the two wheel rims bolted together correctly but only fits a tyre on the outside rim and leaves the inner one just as a spacer ?
Thank you Miss Jolene for these Live Feeds
Nice job again with the great help you've got, keep up the good work
why don't you put the floor in now that you can get at it ?
the plastic sign that Chad is laying on has saved my clothes on the side of the road many times . I always kept one in the back of my suv and folded in half for the trunk of my wife's car. keeps the carpet clean when hauling rusty gold home.

I'm not sure between the Baguette or this if it's my favorite build. Time will tell! Actually every build is awesome
BAGGATI HAULER
NEEDS FRONT BUMPER LIKE THOSE ON TRAIN ENGINES
SO JOLENE CAN MAKE HER OWN PARKING SPACES WHILE OUT ON HER SHOPPING/BUISNESS TRIPS
When you show this beast around the world please take Dougie with ya❤
The Doodlebug is coming along very nicely. Doug and Nathan are doing a great job. I enjoy the way Chad designs on the fly. Jolene is doing an outstanding job with the camera. Keep up the great work! I really enjoy watching your channel.
maybe jumping ahead here but
hm looking at it how is he going to get air to radiator to cool the engine
Doug was getting on chad...pretty funny 😊..its looking good my friends..definitely loving it..goin to be badass..cya tomorrow
If those 4 inches had gone on each side it defiantly wont go through the outside lift posts...Super filming Jolene 👍
Nice job, but where are the doors going?
Looking good, I'll be looking forward to the Bad Chad chrome being applied. That's a ways off yet, but I'll bet Chad has already pictured it in his mind.
Are you going to add the Hiltz bumper treatment on top ... That aluminium flat piece wrapped around that you have on some of your other builds?
Great to see it taking shape!
Chad your mike sounds as if its overloading in this video?
Well done all of you.
Good work and Doug is kool like you too are.
Looks awesome Chad like your workmanship

Never gonna haul anything in this lifetime!
@@johnhopperstad2785how do you know ?
@steve just my opinion it will never be roadworthy
Please dont use that crappy peel off plastic chrome for the bumpers
I hope he doesn't snot out any BOOGERS today ? Will he or won't he I hope not
Looks great.
Are you sure the front wheels will not foul the arches. The front rims have to be stepped out from the hubs, correct?
looking cool, in the last couple minutes of tonight's video when looking at the top of the window trim, what do you think about following the contour of the roof line? I think it looks too straight? can't wait to see it finished! very cool!

Great video thank you.
Shiney diamond plate might look cool for the bumper. Could use heavy pop rivets to hold it on;
Great team work 😎👍
There's a lot of welding to do...
Congratulations from Menorca(Spain).Chad you are the KING 🤟✊🔥🔥✊🤟
Y Jolene es la Reina! Gritale!
Looking good!
This bad boy is really coming along.
hour dont seem enough these days we need more more more great as always thanks guys
It looks like a Tic Tac Flying Saucer, awesome.

Sorry didn't make live show but always watch yall
Need a 2 hour show, for us office folks.
Anyone picked up the similarity of the Bugatti grill and the Haulers grill? Nice continuity.
He kept making the top bar further up, looks like it went from 4 inches to 6 inches in space
Awesome. diection. always so impressed with just how much you get done.
He's basically building an exoskeleton. That thing is going to be one strong vehicle.
Just an observation. How do you get around not building a crush zone into the front of this vehicle that all other modern vehicles have to have to pass crash test code's. I have just completed a vehicle which had to have this built in to pass. Just wondering.
It’s all a crush zone. Plus his seat right in the middle of the non frame rails!!!
@mjrbacin the crush zone is supposed to be forward of passenger compartment not part of it.
Great camera work
Thanks for the content, so far so good for sure!
