I take supplements and for me it works. But you need to go and discover your own body.

Aren't SSRI's kind of dangerous, though? "Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor" means that it doesn't allow your serotonin to be filtered out of your brain, so, if taken to excess, it can cause mental/emotional imbalances of its own. I took Intro Psyche, which doesn't exactly signify, but SSRI's aren't for everyone, I do know that much.

    ONE symptom?! Wow...
Alright, fellow period-havers, get a load of this laundry list. Irritaility ain't the half of it. Let's start physical, shall we? Bloating, thirst, cravings for sweets, cravings for fats, pain through my abdomen, swelling and stiffness in my limbs. All of that is pretty normal, I know. So let's go mental/emotional. Erratic behaviour if I don't isolate myself, extreme fatigue, memory problems, hypersensitivity in all of my senses, paranoia, dreams (I mean overnight, not daydreaming) about blood, HYPED UP sex drive...which is the only good part, LOL.
All of that for a week and a half out of every month. Both the physical and emotional stuff.
Best part? I haven't had ovaries since 2020. They both had to be removed for medical reasons. They twisted up and necrotized inside of me. SECOND worst pain I've ever experienced, and the first-worst was a brain haemorrhage, which was just...delightful. So bad that I couldn't get up from the horizontal. My dad had to call an ambulance for me, the poor guy. LOVELY to help the medical team get your own daughter on a stretcher, I imagine.
