    Kimchi is a Korean food staple. It’s possible that the jar that was shown in this TV show was made in Japan. Some Japanese people do eat kimchi.

    Tempeh has a firm texture that's kind of "nutty." Highly recommend trying it, especially if you think Seitan is too "spongey."

    If that is bad the dirty socks, try stinking toe fruit, you will gag, but is good for the gut.
    I make it with tamarind and mixed with both cane juice and coconut water as liquid
