I've been pretty on target with the first tips AND I'm learning about what could be going on with my anxiety. I've been intermittent fasting for the last 4yrs (yes, even thru my moon).... Gonna get that nutrition guide. I've been caffeine free for the last 5 months (mostly) or so and even notice a difference in my sleep/anxiety when I have green tea or cacao. Well done Omega. My anxiety is basically related to studies. I'm in senior high school and my major is science. I have no idea what to do because everytime i get anxiety related pms it's about studies which causes me to be very overwhelmed and my daily life activities get disturbed. Any help?

Hi Emma! The purpose of eating upon waking is to stabilize the blood sugar. When blood sugar drops cortisol spikes and then it’s all downhill from there. Within 30 minutes of waking should help stabilize blood sugar levels! ❤️
Not weird - our hormones are so complex! We can have “norms”, but the reality is that we all exist on spectrum! 😊 At the end of our period, our hormones are still pretty low, so that could account for the mood changes. Each body is so unique! 💫
Is there ever a time in the cycle to fast? I know so many benefits of fasting but then the studies don't consider cycling women and consider effects for women who may want to have children at some point

I live with two people who, and I cannot emphasize this enough, ABSOLUTELY. HATE. EACH. OTHER. When I have the monster awake in my head, and it really does feel like an animal is eating my brain, the ONLY healthy thing for me to do is put a door between myself and them for...oh...about two weeks. My gynecologist has made it very, very clear that this is not her problem, "Because SOME women get suicidal, so you're lucky."
I am male and highly empathetic. Additionally, I am a Libra. For my well-being, I need peace and inner balance. Women on PMS are pretty much the worst thing I can imagine. Whether in relationships or at work, I haven't found a way to deal with these mood swings and sometimes personality changes.

I never had anxiety before my period but once I hit my 30s everything changed i had extreme anxiety
Same….my PMs symptoms now last a week to ten days prior to where as before it would only be a few days since hitting my 30s
